Egg bites for tea break

🍳 Egg Bites Recipe with a Twist. Made on 29 May 2025

This simple and satisfying dish was made on a calm Thursday evening using just six ingredients, all conveniently found in the fridge. Here's what I used:

🧾 Ingredients:
  1. 2 Grade B eggs (104.5g, cracked and beaten)
  2. 5.2g salted butter
  3. 4.6g BBQ sauce
  4. 4.8g Greek yogurt
  5. 2 Ramly beef sausages, sliced
  6. 4.6g grated cheese mix (Parmesan and mozzarella)
I used my waffle mold for baking, simply because it makes it easier to remove the egg bites once they’re cooked. Surprisingly, my friends said it looked a bit like mini pizza!

πŸ”„ Prep Steps:
  1. Mix the eggs with Greek yogurt and BBQ sauce.
  2. Add in sliced sausages and half the cheese.
  3. Pour into a mold (triangle or square) depending on your bread shape.
  4. Drizzle chili sauce and top with remaining cheese.
πŸ”₯ Cooking Instructions:
  1. Microwave for 2 minutes for a quick set.
  2. Transfer to preheated oven at 150°C for another 2 minutes to crisp the top.
*Tip: Always preheat the oven before starting — it helps give that golden finish.

Arrange from triangle to square shape to accommodate bread shape.
After added chili sauce.
After added last touch of grated cheese mix (Parmesan and mozzarella).
πŸ₯ͺ How I Ate It:

I paired it with whole grain bread for a fulfilling tea break. My colleague even had chili sauce dripping down his chin while eating and still finished it without complaint! (Normally, I’d be the one left finishing leftovers, so I consider this fussy-eater approved).

That night, I even went to bed early, feeling full and satisfied without needing dinner.

Until then, have fun experimenting with easy fridge-friendly egg bites. Great for tea breaks, brunch, or lazy dinners! πŸ§‡πŸ§€πŸŒΆ️

Correct way to get Grab in Melaka Sentral

On the afternoon of March 15, 2025, I was at Melaka Sentral and mistakenly waited at the wrong taxi pickup area. Fortunately, a kind Grab driver picked me up and informed me that the correct waiting spot is at the taxi stand near Mydin, not the one facing Courts Mammoth. Ideally, after being dropped off by the bus at Melaka Sentral, I should walk toward Marrybrown to reach the correct location. Lesson learned. Thankfully, I arrived safely at my sister’s house in Durian Tunggal after a 30-minute drive with the Grab driver.

Until then, stay safe and ensure you wait at the correct pickup point at Melaka Sentral.

Meeting with old matriculation friend after his work

Captured on the evening of 20 May 2025, this moment marked a meaningful reunion with an old matriculation friend after his work commitments [1]. He was in UTM to evaluate Master's students from the Biomedical Engineering programme at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FKE) during the evening session.

Our previous meeting was on 11 December 2023.

His significant weight loss is clearly visible in this photo. I regret not documenting his last visit, but seeing his transformation now is a reminder of how unexpected changes can lead to blessings. With his improved health, he is now eligible to perform Hajj (Haji) next week, truly a blessing in disguise.

Until we meet again, may you continue to care for your health and well-being.

Handover device to check glucose, uric acid and cholesterol

This was taken on the afternoon of 3 February 2025. I was able to hand over the device to my customer for checking glucose, uric acid, and cholesterol levels.
Below is the full set of contents, neatly arranged in a clear container for better storage and protection.
I found the manual guide to be quite confusing. However fortunately, I discovered a video tutorial that helped clarify how to use the device. Making the manual's instructions easier to understand.
As an engineer and self-appointed QA/QC, I strongly recommend reviewing the manual thoroughly before using the device. Enjoy experimenting with self-monitoring of glucose, uric acid, and cholesterol levels.
Until then, have fun in using a good device to check your glucose, uric acid and cholesterol level.

Review after using 6000 mAh portable fan for 2 days duration

This is taken on the evening of 4 May 2025. Where I managed to remember to take pictures of the used portable fan with capacity 6000 mAh. Have been using in for 2 days since 3 May 2025. Which I only charged it on the noon of 4 May 2025.
Back up work on noon of 4 May 2025.
The few issues faced using this portable fan is:
- it does not have display to show battery level left how many %.
- also to show charging have reached how many %.
- no display to show the used wind speed.
Other than that, it works well in cooling my body from the hot flashes of perimenopause.
Until then, have fun in using a good portable fan.

Medicine for my cough

On the afternoon of 8 May 2025, I procured medications for a cough that began on Wednesday. The consultation with the pharmacist lasted under 30 minutes, emphasizing the importance of timely intervention.
By 9 May 2025, I experienced significant fatigue due to the persistent cough coinciding with the onset of menstruation. Fortunately, by midday on 10 May 2025, I had recovered sufficiently to resume driving and fulfill my professional responsibilities. The coughing has subsided, and the phlegm has been expelled. I now enjoy mental clarity and restful sleep at night, despite occasional awakenings.
Wishing everyone good health during this cough season.

3 Ways to Use Our Face Oil for Glowing Skin & More.

Our multi-tasking face oil is your new secret weapon! Designed to be a simple, effective part of your routine, it’s incredibly versatile. Here’s how to get the most out of every precious drop.

1. The Main Event: Your Daily Facial Routine

This is my go-to method for hydrated, glowing skin.
  • Start Clean: Begin with a freshly washed face.
  • Layer on Serum: While your skin is still slightly damp, apply your favorite serum. This helps lock in hydration.
  • Seal with Oil: Wait about 3 minutes for the serum to settle, then press 3-5 drops of the face oil into your face and neck.
  • Let it Sink In: Give it another 3 minutes to fully absorb before moving on. That’s it!
πŸ’‘Pro-Tip: For an extra moisture boost, especially in dry climates and weather, apply your moisturizing cream after your serum and before the oil. You can also gently pat a tiny amount of oil directly onto your under-eyes and lips as a nourishing treat.

2. The Soothing Savior: For Body & Troublesome Spots.

This oil isn’t just for your face! Its calming blend is a hero for:
  • Dry, Itchy Skin: Apply a small amount to any dry or irritated patches on your body. You’ll be amazed at how quickly it provides relief.
  • Personal Anecdote: I’ve found it so effective that it even saved me from needing a prescribed over-the-counter cream for a minor fungal irritation in the past.
3. The Beauty Hack: A Nourishing Hair Oil

Yes, you can use it on your hair! To tame frizz and add shine:
  • Application: Warm one drop between your palms and lightly smooth it over the ends of your hair.
  • Important: Avoid applying directly to your scalp to prevent excess oiliness.
Ready to experience the difference? Incorporate this little bottle of magic into your routine and feel your skin thank you.

To order, can scan this QR code. I will guide accordingly.
Until then, have fun in using a good face oil on your precious face.
