I was one of the speaker for the event for that day. Last year also I have to be one of the speaker. But this year even better as I have time to prepare my own slide. Although the slide was only checked on the day of the event, just before my time slot. Fortunately I have been trained to perform at my best in add-hoc basis😉

One of my girlfriend (tenant to my lecturer's shop) do come for the event. She also asking the same question to me as what my other girlfriend asked. That is how for someone like me who previously works as Research Assistant where the nett salary less than RM 2K manage to buy a cluster house size 34'x70'. Well, the answer to that question already being revealed in the event on 8 Nov 2014. If any of you wanted to know, then do come to our next event.
I just happen to know that girlfriend who is also a VCO user, already in fifties!! She looks more like in forties. It was really surprising. Well in a way, it does prove that consistent usage of VCO really helps to maintain your youthful looks regardless 10 years younger than your actual age
No matter how busy I am on the event, I would always ensure to remove my make up with VCO before prayer and then put back my make up on. Although many of my friend say that process takes a lot of time and effort, I always discipline myself to do so in order to maintain my skin condition and to have fresh look on my face. Well, looking great will make you feel great Furthermore when I need to present as one of the speaker on that day
Not much picture of me as I am too busy updating my slide for the event. This year, the flow were better as the rest of the AJK already have experience handling last year event. Congrats to all of AJK
Last night, I get one call asking on the room that I have advertised in mudah.com = Rooms at Pulai Hijauan. She just check if the smallest room have its own toilet. She even wanted to move in by tomorrow if possible without even negotiating the price after knowing the room has its own toilet. Wow, I was stunned for a while
I do explain to her that I am still waiting
for the key to the house which will be awarded to me next month. This
shows the demand for rental is there although I do put high price. I do feel grateful knowing from developer that I will get my house key next month. As nowadays my current house-mate have to park blocking the gate when they park outside of the current rental house since the space there already occupied by others. Not enough although have exclude my car since I left it in UMP.I was lucky to have a good mentor who endlessly guide me through the process getting my own house. Although the mentoring service doesn't comes cheap and I have to barter trade with my skills since I have not much money to pay for such mentoring service. It does feel the hardship that I have gone through paid off when I look at the completed house.
