The handover access card counter still open despite the heavy rain

Despite the heavy poured rain, I am still at the access card counter. Waiting patiently for residents to collect their card. And other resident community (RC) to handle the counter.
I should really check weather forecast first and bring my raincoat plus extra plastic bags to cover all documents.

Lesson learned today: I need to be more prepared for such task 😅.

Till then, be safe while driving in the rain.

Update 1930:
Only 7 people come and collect their access card today.
Many thanks for coming.

For the rest who have not yet taken their card or surrender their access card, you may need to wait for next handover counter 😉.
