Komodo lizard spotted outside my lab area.

Just saw I huge komodo lizard outside lab area while looking for next spot to planned planting our edible garden. It is around 5 feet long I think.

I think it is almost 2 years have not seen one roaming near our lab. Cause last time one of female cat here being eaten by one of the komodo lizard. We ended up taking care of her kittens.
