This is taken last 22 June 2019. I make modified version of pengat pisang tanduk (banana). Where I did not put santan (coconut milk) at all. One of my diet attempt.
I do add barley and biji sagu (sago seeds) to 291 gm (1/3 of my 955 gm pisang tanduk (banana) fruit). I also put around 5 gm brown sugar for taste.
It still taste good and I am able to taste the sweetness of pisang tanduk (banana) fruit.
I cook it using my lunchbox. Where I am free to do other work while waiting for it to finished cooking.
