This is taken in the evening of 29 August 2019. I like this type of crispy dry roti canai compare to oilier ones. Now I have found 3 places that able to give such output consistently in Skudai area.
The pretty look of the roti canai:
The shop is located in the middle Medan Selera, Taman Universiti. It is open daily Johor working from 7 am from till 9 pm. Only open in morning session from 7 am till 12 pm for Friday and Saturday. They close once per month. Normally on Saturday.
But sometimes the raw roti canai dough stock could finish early in the evening session. So,better call before coming in the evening to be safe.
