Bread pudding cooked using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker.

This is taken in the afternoon of 28 September 2019.
I use function rice, texture mild for 14 minutes in my 2.5 liter pressure cooker to melt 1 block of Lu Han Kuo sugar in the mixture of evaporated milk, eggs and 8 gm pandan leaves. My alternative way to melt the sugar and at the same time to get the pandan flavour into the desert.
After the sugar is melted, then I start to add shredded breads on it.
Will update the finished look later once I find it.

Till then, have fun in enjoying nice home made desert.
