This is taken on the noon of 16 July 2024. Where I make coffee drink using the available stainless steel 304 French press pot and grounded Thai coffee. This entry is made to help a colleague who have no clue how to make coffee drink using the available stainless steel 304 French press pot and grounded Thai coffee in the Vecad lab pantry.
The used ratio and formula of ground coffee and water from this website [1] is to use 10.6 gm to 21.6 gm tablespoons of ground coffee for every 177.4 ml hot boiled water.
So for this coffee drink, I am using 47.7 gm ground coffee and 532.2 ml of hot boiled water. Basically ratio of 15.9 gm ground coffee and 177.4 ml hot boiled water.

With this measured coffee making steps, you will be able to get consistent coffee drink taste each time you brew your own coffee drink.
This brewed coffee is made to be concentrated. Where end user can choose to either:
- diluted the made coffee drink with hot or cold water or ice cubes,
- add fresh milk, coconut milk and etc
- add brown sugar or white sugar or honey
Adding brown sugar to taste before consuming the coffee drink. Can add more hot water as please.
