I am making custard bread pudding again today using Elba pressure cooker. However, this time I used mold inside the pressure cooker instead of cooking in it directly. As I wanted to make it able to cool off faster. Based on last time experienced where the cooling process slow when using pressure cooker directly.
Below is the process in makin bottom layer: bread pudding.

Used 3 pieces of bread for the top mold and 9 pieces of bread for the bottom mold. |
Change to this ceramic lid as the previous one unable to fit in the pressure cooker. |
Use test to cook using meat function this time. |
Hopefully it will turned out well.
