I manage to harvest my ginger last evening of 19 April 2019. I do replant the balance after harvest. Think it is from the one I planted earlier last 18 June 2018 [1]. But it is not much since I plant it in small container.
I only get 6 gm of it. Regardless it is not much, but enough for me to use to flavour my kombucha tea. Plus, it is highly recommended to use organic herbs and fruits in kombucha tea process.
Till then, have fun in planting ginger at home for your consumption.
