This is taken late evening of 17 June 2020. Where I decided to just consume banana fruit+yogurt+shredded Sabah snake grass (daun belalai gajah)+moringa leaves. Instead of making smoothies out of them due to low energy.
I have a fulfilling stomach from consuming such combination. At least now I know good simple combination ingredients that can help to ease my hunger at night before sleep. Worth the effort in making my own yogurt [1].
Till then, have fun in experimenting good food combination for a fulfilling supper.
