Bonding time between us

I stay up late due to work and datelines. Which makes me late to tend after my cats.
So when I feed them this morning, my baby boy hugged me like he lost me for one weeks. It really make my day as I am still tired from all the piling workload.

Neem oil helps a lot to care for my rose kampung growth

I have been planting this rose kampung in my house since 15 January 2017. I get it as birthday present from a dear friend of mine.

I use neem oil as organic pest control for my dear rose kampung. Left bottle is RM 10 for 30 ml and right is RM 30 for 100 ml

My colourful mini extension

This mini extension model have plenty of colour to choose. Such as blue, purple, orange, white, pink and red. Which will suits those who have colour preference like one of my best friend with her purple addiction.

Comparison between my compact and mini extension

This entry is to show difference between my compact extension and my mini extension. 

I am bringing both for traveling today as my mini extension wattage too low to be used for my hair dryer.

My mini extension can only be used to charge phone and laptops. Which suffice my need when travel for work daily.

My compact extension able to accommodate till 2500 W. Which suffice my need when travel and stay elsewhere for work trip. As it can sustain the usage of high voltage applications like electric kettle, iron, hair dryer and etc..

For me personally, I would need at least these requirement for an extension:
1) minimum 2 to 4 usb ports : for 1 phone and 3 powerbanks
2) minimum 2 power ports : 1 for my laptop and 1 more extra for my companion
3) minimum cable length : 1.5 meters. 2 meters is the most convenient length

That is why I never consider the type like below:

As this one don't have power port at all

This picture was taken in 4 March 2010. My brother who is number 3 from 9 of us is getting married. My sister unable to join since she was in Sabah at moment for her medical houseman-ship.

That morning when I finish putting on my make up and clothes, one of my small cousin come near me. And she asked me, where actually we are going to send off bride (my brother) or bridegroom (me due to my attire) 😆 I do feel funny when she asked like that. Well, I just dressed up based on what I like that day.

Baby pineapple growing out the honey pinapple head

This pineapple I just plant it directly the crown after I eat it last time in 17 December 2016. This honey pineapple originate from Simpang Renggam, Johor.

Below is the update of the crown after almost 3 months.

Now thinking of ways to safely split the baby pineapple from the main crown. Hopefully I manage to save them all.

First to arrive in FKE, UTM today

Record for me. To be the first to arrive in parking lot in P04, FKE, UTM Skudai today. As I have plenty of work to finish before meeting late in the evening today.
I wake up by 4 am. Start packing and sealing pack seeds. By 6 am I am already downstairs to feed my cats. By 6.45 am, I am already on the road to UTM.

Floor wiper set suitable for asthmatic people

I am getting even busier nowadays. And my master bedroom easily gather dust due to constructions of few houses in front of mine. Since vacuuming the room is not enough to clean the dusty floor and I have limited time and energy to mop it, I have found new solution that suits my current needs = floor wipes set.
This set consist of 1 floor wiper with extendable pole. And a pack of dry wipes of 45 pieces per pack. Also wet wipes that consist of 30 pieces per pack.

I no longer need to mop the room floor each time after wiping session. Which save a lot of my time, effort and energy. Yet the floor remains clear from dust at least 5 to 10 days. If in a closed area, can go up to 2 weeks. 

It can also be used under a very tight area like under the bed.

And also suitable for weak grip people like older folks. Or small kids too.

This set is very light. Where it enable to be travel friendly to bring along each trip balik kampung💕

Also suitable for students in hostel or rental room.

Red okra in my house

I start planting okra in my house last 28 November 2016. That time I germinate 3 seeds. 2 from 3 of the seeds survive and sprouting leaves. But after planting directly on soil, only one remains until now. The best part is, the survive okra is red in colour💕 Not they typical green ones. All thanks to one of  my FB friend who give me the seeds😄

It is not easy for me to grow okra. As this surviving tree also survive from almost broken branch in the early stage due to very strong wind in my housing area. But I already knew trick to avoid such matter from happening again😌

Till then, don't give up in gardening regardless how tedious it become. Cause for me, it is satisfying when I get to eat an organic home grown vegetables and fruits. It taste much sweeter since it is a fruitful effort💕

Update 1 on my pumpkins growth

At this moment, I have done manual pollination on 8 female pumpkin flower. However, only 5 of them survive and growing bigger as pumpkin fruits. Basically, my success rate is 62.5 % on manual pollination.

This is the growth since early November 2016. After around 3 months and 16 days.

Measurement is taken early this week.

The largest one is 35 cm in diameter

Nowadays, I make sure to be early in order to catch the female pumpkin flower booming on time for the manual pollination daily.

Some beetle near my pumpkin leaves

They still stick together regardless I have lift up the above leaves

Hopefully those beetles are the good bugs for my tree. Haven't check their details yet. Regardless what, I am disciplining myself to spray neem oil without fail to all my plants daily. Hopefully, that will minimize the damage and protect my crops.
