Cooking half boiled eggs using my Philips AIO HD 2137

This is taken last 16 May 2020. Where I use 7 eggs and 160 ml water to make half boiled eggs. Both ingredients used is in room temperature state.

I use function keep warm for 32 minutes in my 6 liter Philips AIO HD 2137 pressure cooker [1].

Received my precious Philips HD 2137 pressure cooker in good condition

This is taken in the noon of 15 May 2020. Where I just received safely my precious Philips HD 2137 pressure cooker. After 5 days from its ordered date. It is ordered after a very thorough and long consideration. Despite new other pressure cooker brand and model in the market. My aim is to be able to cook rice, fried rice, fried mee and fried mee hoon within 3 minutes using it. So that me and my cats able to have fast home cooked meal regardless I am in my lowest condition. 

Harvesting my pisang lemak manis (banana) fruits

This is taken in the evening of 27 May 2020. Where I just notice one of the pisang lemak manis (banana) fruit already turned to yellow.

It does feel nice to be able to get fresh fruit supply in the week of Aidil Fitri. The fruits is fully emerge from the heart last 7 April 2020.

Seems like it took less than 2 months for the pisang lemak manis (banana) fruits to be harvested.

Cooking rice with meatballs

This is taken last 13 April 2020. As I was hungry and wanted to make simple dish for my meal. I decided to put meatballs in my rice and cook them together. In order to save used cooking utensils.

I used my travel cooker to cook this dish [1]. The rice and meatballs cooked well. I enjoy it warm with a little sprinkle of soy sauce.

New blooming kelapa pandan (coconut) flower

This is taken in the morning of 26 May 2020. Where another kelapa pandan (coconut) flower from second layer blooming.

The look of black spot on one of my wrapped durian belanda (soursop) fruit

This is taken in the morning of 20 May 2020. I was in process upgrading the plastic wrapper used to wrap durian belanda (soursop) fruit last 6 April 2020 to larger ones. To my dismay, one of the durian belanda (soursop) fruit has large black spot. Despite my effort wrapping it at earlier stage.

Putting on grip ring holder to my card size LED video light

This is taken last 12 March 2020. Where I add grip ring holder to my card size LED video light. So that I will be able to use it well in single hand usage when on the move. My self assurance and extra precaution from slipping it off while using it.

The growth of my wrapped durian belanda (soursop) fruit

This is taken in the morning of 19 May 2020. Where the first durian belanda (soursop) fruit wrapped last 6 April 2020. It has grown to the size of my palm.

Removing steel paint pail from the base of my kelapa mataq (coconut) plant

This is taken in the morning of 14 May 2020. Where it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to successfully remove this steel paint pail from the base of this kelapa mataq (coconut) plant.

Harvest of the day: mulberry fruits, jasmine flowers, bunga telang, asparagus and kemangi leaves

This is taken in the morning of 13 May 2020. Where I went down earlier to feed my cats after a heavy rain. I manage to harvest 6 mulberry fruits, 2 jasmine flowers, 2 bunga telang, asparagus and 4 kemangi leaves. 

I used the jasmine flowers, bunga telang and pandan leaf to make hot drink for my iftar. The drink smell really fragrant of jasmine flowers scent. Quite a nice drink to have. I do add brown sugar in the hot drink for my sugar intake of the day.
