My Samsung J7 Prime unable to charge despite the battery level reach 19%. I decided to restart it. However, it never start up after that.
After I try to press POWER, HOME, VOLUME DOWN simultaneously, below is the blue screen that I got.
After the above, I choose to CANCEL (restart phone). And it remains off until now. Which is lots of hassle as I have appointment today. And up till now I am unable to retrieve the contact number of the person to inform for such mishaps.
