The look of the cooked organic papaya jam of mine.
Still the chunks of organic papaya visibly seen here. So I add more mix and knead function in the bread maker to make the organic papaya jam well blended.
I have to add more mix and knead function after it is finished cooking since the organic papaya still visibly seen.
The taste is nice. With lemony taste and scent overpowering it. Fortunately I follow the quantity and list of ingredients used in the recipe. As the starch does helps a lot to bind the ingredient do that the jam able to turned out to be thick and viscous. Without the starch, my organic papaya jam might end up watery and non binding.
