This is taken yesterday evening. We decided to teach final year student to dig out planted ubi kayu (cassava/tapioca) outside lab. As heavy rain just nicely stopped after we finished meeting. Basically, we are able to have early dinner of boiled ubi kayu (cassava/tapioca) with brown sugar that available in the lab. A nice way to end a meeting. With a full stomach😆.

We get almost 3.5 kg of ubi kayu (cassava/tapioca). We boiled the harvested ubi kayu (cassava/tapioca) in the available 6 liter Elba pressure cooker in lab for 30 minutes only.
Took 4 of us in rotation for almost 30 to 40 minutes to dig out the planted ubi kayu (cassava/tapioca). Even break the wooden handle of used hoe during the process. Well the wooden handle already being used for almost 2 years and in decaying process after a long usage.
