This is taken last 16 May 2020. Where I use 7 eggs and 160 ml water to make half boiled eggs. Both ingredients used is in room temperature state.
I use function keep warm for 32 minutes in my 6 liter Philips AIO HD 2137 pressure cooker [1].
The egg yolk is 4/5 solid with runny white egg part. Need to experiment the texture of egg yolk if I only let it keep warm for 24 minutes.

I can get 3/4 solid egg yolk each time I use my 2.5 liter pressure cooker to make half boiled eggs for 35 minutes time [2]. Still, I prefer to use Philips HD 2137 over my 2.5 liter pressure cooker. Somehow the outcome is 20% better.
