This is taken in the morning of 19 November 2020. Where I manage to harvest 11 unit of fresh roselle the day before. I clean it up and remover the middle part. Then I put it into the inner pot. Add water, bunga telang and apple mint for taste.
I use function soup default time 20 minutes. Then leave it to cook. Really handy in having pressure cooker to assist in cooking. Especialy at times when I am unwell and unable to keep track of time and movement.
Plan to make jam out of the roselle petals later.
Till then, have fun in making roselle juice at home.
