This is taken in the morning of 14 September 2021. Where I decided to make marinated chicken for my cat and me. I do put in karipap also so that I can eat it earlier if the chicken takes more time to cook.
I put chopped garlic and butter for marinated chicken that is for Furball the cat consumption. Then coated with thin layer of tepung pisang goreng (flour for fried banana fritters) from Adabi. For my marinated chicken, I add 1 table spoon of finely blended black pepper and 1 table spoon chili sauce.
Took around 40 minutes to fully cook. I do turn or flip both chicken and karipap after 20 minutes time.
Till then, have fun in using gifted convection oven.
