I notice there is a wild plant that grow by itself the past few months. I just leave it be. Since I need it to grow bigger in order to determine whether it is a useful plant or weed.
Turn out that it is a good herbal plant. Where the name is pokok buasir or pokok tulang (Cissus_quadrangularis) [1]..

Cissus quadrangularis is a perennial plant of the grape family. It is also known as veld grape, devil's backbone, adamant creeper, asthisamharaka, hadjod, pirandai, and patah tulang (Malay) [1].
Traditional medicine
Cissus quadrangularis has been used as a medicinal plant since antiquity. Cissus has been used in various Ayurvedic classical medicines to heal broken bones and injured ligaments and tendons. In siddha medicine it is considered a tonic and analgesic, and is believed to help heal broken bones, thus its name asthisamharaka (that which prevents the destruction of bones). The Assamese people and the Garo tribe of Meghalaya and Bangladesh have used C. quadrangularis as a medicinal plant for bone fracture [1].
Regardless, do check medicinal practitioner and expert first before using such herbs for home remedy.
Till then, have fun in identifying the wild plant that grow at home.
