My harvest of 2,156 gm kelapa pandan

This is taken in the noon of 19 June 2020. Where I manage to harvest 1 unit of kelapa pandan (coconut) fruit. It is from the same stalk where one of the kelapa pandan (coconut) fruit fall and cracked past 16 June 2020 [1].

Harvesting process. It is way easier to twist the stalk than try to cut the stem off using my kitchen scissor. Also proof how tall my coconut tree is. Which I do not need to use ladder for harvesting process. 

The look of the flesh and water. Seems like it should be thicker if harvested next week.

The kelapa pandan (coconut) fruit was easily cracked when it was carefully sliced open. Which makes the water inside leaking out quite a lot. It was quite shocking. Seems like the endocarp part (shell) of kelapa pandan (coconut) fruit is very fragile till easily cracked. I might need to put more calcium based fertilizer for the endocarp part (shell) to become more sturdy.
