The look of harvested purple sweet potato

My girlfriend manage to harvest good size of purple sweet potato tuber last 11 May 2019. Where I give her some vine to my Sweet Caroline Sweetheart Jet black last March 2019 [1]. She did plant it in raised bed. 

Actuallt my aunt said this type of purple sweet potato is only eaten the leaves as vegetable. Well, my girlfriend did prove that its tuber also can be eaten and taste sweet.

Till then, have fun in planting purple sweet potato in raised bed.
