My self made banana cake bake using pressure cooker

The look of my delicious self made banana cake. Which I bake using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker [1]. Made it night of 29 July 2021. Since I am craving for it.

Can see the dark brown part on top. Where I just drizzle chocolate rice to give extra flavour to my banana cake.
I am using the over ripe pisang lemak manis (banana) that being harvested last 23 July 2021.

Ingredients used to make banana cake: cooking oil, wheat flour, ripe/over ripe pisang lemak manis (banana), gred A eggs, baking powder, soda bicarbonate, milk powder and chocolate rice. I do forget to buy vanilla essence. But the chocolate rice do help to boost the taste of the banana cake.

Tools used to make banana cake: fork, spoon, large mixing bowl, stainless steel cooking howl, lidi sate (skewer), pressure cooker and weighing scale. Bake using cake function in my 2.5 litet pressure cooker. Maximum time selected for 55 minutes.

I am really happy with the outcome. Despite it is my first attempt baking banana cake in my 2.5 liter pressure cooker. As the cake turn out moist and delicious. The crust also soft. Good enough for my taste. Worth time spend making it. Plus able to fully utilizing ripe/over ripe pisang lemak manis (banana) fruits. Also fulfilling as a food after garden work.

I know it is a simple recipe. But one still need a good recipe to make good cake. And time allocated to make the cake. I am just grateful to be able to make it myself.

Till then, have fun in making banana cake using your ripe and over ripe banana fruits.
