Details on functions in my 2.5 liter travel pressure cooker.

The look of my 2.5 liter pressure cooker beside 6 liter pressure cooker.
Comparison of the size, side by side with 6 liter Elba pressure cooker.
Features:
  1. It has preset time. Which means user can decide to set cooking time. Where the pressure cooker 
  2. Energy saving and time saving. Porridge/Soup and Bean/Tendon functions save the electric power above 60% compared to rice cooker and time saved by 40%.



Control panel:
  1. Knob press for starting function. Acceptable for me due to its price.
  2. Cooking function: rice/cereal/baby/congee/yogurt/steam/soup/cake/bean and tendon
  3. Menu: to select the food texture
  4. Preset timer
  5. Cancel button
  6. LED display (to show cooking time and cooking progress)

Function keys instruction:
  • Rice. Default cooking time is 16 minutes
  • Cereals. Default cooking time is 24 minutes
  • Baby congee. Default cooking time is 46 minutes
  • Yogurt. Default cooking time is 8 hours
  • Steam. Default cooking time is 9 minutes
  • Porridge/Soup. Default cooking time is 44 minutes
  • Cake. Default cooking time is 50 minutes
  • Bean/Tendon. Default cooking time is 30 minutes
Have option to choose cooking textures. The above functions is under normal texture. For mild texture, will reduce 2 to 4 minutes of above cooking time in every function. For rich texture, will increase 2 to 4 minutes of above cooking time in every function.

Despite it arrived last 8 September 2019. As the status is not updated in the website.  I make payment for it last 2 September 2019.

Verdict:

  • Very satisfied with the purchase. Scale 10 of 10.
  • I am able to cook daily despite I am very tired after a very long day. 
  • Able to cook for my cats and no longer late in feeding them. All 4 of us getting better. 
  • Able to bring it for travel and safe lots of time and energy. 
  • Not suitable to give to elderly due to its knob release pressure method. 
Till then, have fun enjoying your time cooking with your 2.5 liter pressure cooker daily.
