My self made banana cake bake using pressure cooker

The look of my delicious self made banana cake. Which I bake using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker [1]. Made it night of 29 July 2021. Since I am craving for it.

Can see the dark brown part on top. Where I just drizzle chocolate rice to give extra flavour to my banana cake.

I am using the over ripe pisang lemak manis (banana) that being harvested last 23 July 2021.

Ingredients used to make banana cake: cooking oil, wheat flour, ripe/over ripe pisang lemak manis (banana), gred A eggs, baking powder, soda bicarbonate, milk powder and chocolate rice. I do forget to buy vanilla essence. But the chocolate rice do help to boost the taste of the banana cake.

Tools used to make banana cake: fork, spoon, large mixing bowl, stainless steel cooking howl, lidi sate (skewer), pressure cooker and weighing scale. Bake using cake function in my 2.5 litet pressure cooker. Maximum time selected for 55 minutes.

I am really happy with the outcome. Despite it is my first attempt baking banana cake in my 2.5 liter pressure cooker. As the cake turn out moist and delicious. The crust also soft. Good enough for my taste. Worth time spend making it. Plus able to fully utilizing ripe/over ripe pisang lemak manis (banana) fruits. Also fulfilling as a food after garden work.

I know it is a simple recipe. But one still need a good recipe to make good cake. And time allocated to make the cake. I am just grateful to be able to make it myself.

Rambutan harvest session

This is taken yesterday evening. Rambutan harvest session.

The rambutan was very sweet and juicy. Type: rambutan kampung. RM 5 per kg. But only for area Taman Pulai Hijauan.

Freshly harvested lemon RM 1 per unit.

The look of longan brazil fruits on my customer house compound after 4 years, 2 months, 14 days it is planted

Get video update of fruiting longan brazil plant from my customer last 16 June 2021. Basically it took exactly 4 years, 2 months, 14 days for the plant to start bear fruits. My customer very happy since the fruit is huge in size.

Below is the video from my customer. 

The plant received by my customer last 3 April 2017 [1].

I also have advised my customer accordingly steps that need to be taken for better fruiting next fruiting cycle. It is one of the after sales and services support that I always give to my customer. Among of them is I keep track the date I deliver the plant to them. As people tend to forget time they planted their plants.

My current sunscreen Sunplay Sport Sunscreen SPF120

This is my current sunscreen that I used daily. Bought it last 2020 during sale in pharmacy. Its weigh 30 gm. Which is travel friendly size. And it also got SPF 120 PA++++. What I like is its non greasy and light texture. Which makes it prefect to be used as make up base. 

The look of my towed Saga due to jammed handbrake

This is taken in the noon of 19 March 2021. Where my Saga BLM car unable to move. As the handbrake jammed since morning of Friday, 18 March 2021. So I called tow service to ask for my car to be towed to nearest workshop.

The look of one yellowing pisang berangan (banana) fruit

This is taken in the morning of 19 March 2021. Where I saw one unit of pisang berangan (banana) fruit starts to turn slightly yellow.

The look of my kelulut (stingless bee) on my cempakawali flowers

This is taken in the morning of 19 March 2021. Where I saw many of my kelulut (stingless bees) hover around the bloom cempakawali flowers. Worth the effort planting cempakawali plant. Since it bears more than 10 flowers that bloom per session.

The look of freshly harvested bendi (okra/lady finger)

This is taken in the morning of 19 March 2021. Where I manage to harvest 2unjt bendi (okra/lady finger) from 2 separate plant that I grow at home in 5 liter container.
