This is taken on the morning of 25 April 2025. Which I spread strawberry jam on the baked waffle.
The chopped one to smaller pieces for others to taste.
At this stage, my colleague asking me if the used plastic melt inside the hot oven. I simply replied to him "you know the silicone on the breast? That it". Such statement makes him quiet without any follow-up questions.
The actual recipe using 1 kg waffle premix flour, 1 liter water, 5 eggs, 100 ml cooking oil. I revised it to use only 1 egg. Then follow by dividing the rest of ingredients by 5. I also substitute cooking oil to butter. As I only have butter in the fridge. Which I have to melt the butter using microwave for 2 minutes.
It does taste nice when it is cold and without any strawberry jam. Since the strawberry jam finished after I spread on the chopped parts to give others.
