My review on perfume Billie Eilish

This is taken on the morning of 9 May 2024. I bought the 10 ml decant bottle. 

It smells truly cookies scent. Just nice strength. And nice sweetness into it. It does not cloying when worn in the current hot and humid weather in Malaysia. 

However if you want sweeter version, can always use perfume Yara by Lattafa [1]. Which such applies to me. Since I am such a sweet perfume lover. But this one only suitable to be worn on colder weather. 

Until then, have fun in enjoying good perfume with nice soothing cookies scent.

My review on perfume Khair Pistachio Paris Corner

This is taken on the evening of 28 May 2024. Where I managed to unboxing the received parcel of perfume Khair Pistachio Paris Corner.

This perfume smells mellowed slightly greenish, creamy, nutty and vanilla. Soft perfume that would not be offensive. Just the right amount of sweetness. However, you will definitely need to spray it once after every 2 or 3 hours time to freshen up. I personally think this perfume suitable to be used in the current hot and humid Malaysian weather. An opinion from someone who is avid user of perfume Pink Sugar. Which I have to refrain from using during the current hot and humid weather.

My review on perfume Prada Paradoxe Intense

This is taken on the noon of 11 May 2024. Where I received my precious perfume Prada Paradoxe Intense. 

It smells heavenly sweet and refreshing upon first spray. For me personally, it is suitable to be used in the hot humid Malaysian weather. 

What I love is the smell is different and unique. Since I am able to smell Black Opium worn by others during my trip in Larkin Sentral and Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) last 4 and 5 May 2024.

I have been checking on the reviews on this perfume ever since sniff on it last 4 May 2024 at perfume counter. Since there is perfume Prada Paradoxe and Prada Paradoxe Intense. I do ask to sniff perfume Cloud that is available at the counter. The sales person asked me back if I want to. As it smells like bubble gum to her. It does makes me think again. As I love gourmand sweet perfume. But more towards cookies sweetness. I myself need to remember my preference. She does suggest me perfume Eau Rose from Dyptique. Despite it smells refreshing rose scent, I know I can only wear such perfume once in a while. As it is not my preference. Have experience such with perfume Chloe EDP.

Update on 12 May 2024: 

I think I can recall the initial spray of perfume remind me to Carrie Junior talcum in Groovy Grapeberry.

For me, it is worth money spend for me mentally and emotionally. Need to be able to smell good during the week before of the day of the month.

My perfume L'eau de Parfum La Nuit Treśor by Lancome

This is taken on the noon of 8 August 2023. After almost 3 days after using it everyday. So far, for me it is refreshing to be used in the current hot blazing weather in Malaysia. I just love the praline scent in it. It shine out here.

It is definitely gives sexy vibe. But more to matured user. Not too sweet. I personally feel this one have similarity to Euphoria by Calvin Klein with less intense version of it [1].

If prefer sweeter scent, best to opt for Midnight Rose Treśor by Lancome [2].

Lancome La Nuit Tresor L’eau de Parfum details [3]: –
Top notes are Pear, Tangerine and Bergamot
Middle notes are Strawberry, Vanilla Orchid, Black Rose and Passionfruit
Base notes are Praline, Caramel, Litchi, Vanilla, Patchouli, Incense, Coffee, Licorice, Coumarin and Papyrus.

My review on Yara by Lattafa Perfumes

This is taken on the morning of 3 October 2023. After try using it last night.

I am able to get fruity floral scent after spray 1 spritz. Which then I dab on all over body. After 1 hour, I am able to get amber musky vanilla scent on my right wrist. While left wrist still in fruity scent.

For me, this perfume suits the one who loves fruity sweet scent. For sure it is not for the one who unable to take sweet scent.

Need to test more apply in during day time.

My review on perfume Ameerat Al Arab Asdaaf EDP

Received it last 18 July 2023. After a thorough review check before proceed in getting it. For me personally it smells like a creamy warm and sweet berries scent. Suitable for me who loves fruity scent. However it does not have the longevity or strength. After 1 hour passed, I can hardly smells it on me. It still lingers longer if spray on clothes.

My review on Libre Le Parfum from YSL

Received the 7.5 ml bottle on the evening of 27 October 2022.

The first sniff reminded me of YSL Manifesto and Dior Addict. Totally similar scent to Dior Addict. Despite all reviews that I read, none ever mentioned the similarities to YSL Manifesto.

My review on perfume Versace Woman EDP by Versace

This is taken on the noon of 11 September 2022. Where I unboxed the received perfume parcel. It is 50 ml bottle perfume. 

It is a lovely soft yet noticeable sweet powdery scent. I have been using it last time while I was working in KL in 2009 to 2011. And I specifically saving this perfume to only use it for sleep. As for me it is a calming perfume that did helps me a lot to get better sleep.

My review on perfume Floral Blush EDP by Coach

This is taken at the noon on 2 November 2022. Receive it from a friend of mine as a gift. Well, that is after more than 1 month he is back reporting for duty. I have specifically requested for Gucci Flora. Maybe he thinks it is too strong for me to wear. As this perfume Floral Blush EDP by Coach really has a similar scent to the perfume I used to wear during my degree last time around year 2002 till 2007. Maybe he just wants to keep me with the scent he used to associate me with last time. Despite the change in my perfume preference as I am aging 😬.

It does not have dedicated lid. Just a simple plastic. Well, I have no issue bringing it in its box daily due its small size.

My review:

From my nose, the initial spray reminds me of a Strawberry sugus. After using it on 3 November 2022, I can notice the scent is similar to Trésor Midnight Rose by  Lancôme [1]. But in a lighter way yet still retaining its sweet and fresh scent. More suitable in the hot humid weather of Malaysia. As for Trésor Midnight Rose by  Lancôme, I tend to use it only on a rainy day or colder weather or night time only. Since it is the more rich and heavier scent. I prefer to refrain from suffocating others with its sweetness.

I spray 2 spritzes and dab them all over before wearing clothes in the morning. Then I spray again 1 spritz after Zohor prayer at 2 pm on 3 November 2022. As I feel need to top it up due to its light scent.

My review on Trésor Midnight Rose by Lancôme

Start using the hand lotion last 28 August 2017. Then I eventually own it after smelling it good on others.

For me, it smells like pink strawberry or blackcurrant sugus. Suitable to days I wanted to feel like bubbly kids mode. Since life as an adult is not a fairytale.

I always use 1 spritz before wearing clothes. Then add 1 more spritz if necessary. Usually not since this perfume is quite rich and heavier side. I do bring perfume with me. In case need to top it up in the noon to freshen up.

FRAGRANCE NOTES [1]:

Top Notes: Jasmine, Peony, Blackcurrant, Pink Pepper

Heart Notes: Rose Absolute, Raspberry

Base Notes: Virginia Cedar Essence, Vanilla, Musk

If you feel that this scent too overbearing, can always opt for Floral Blush from Coach [2].
