Why those who have cats better stay in landed home

This is based on conversation last 26 September 2023. Where one of lecturer shared her experience burying her dead cat in the faculty. She is staying in apartment in Permas Jaya area. Basically she have to drive 32 km to bury her dead cat in faculty.

From my own experience who live in landed home, I have no issue. As I do let the land area beside my house as it is and planted various plants. So when there is a dead stray cat or the one under my care died, I simply dig out the land area and buried them. Have done so during covid19 time. I do feel blessed to be able to stay in landed home.

Basically, this is the things that is normally not considered at all when buying a house. Well, now I do know I have to put it into list of consideration if I bought new ones.

Shop changes in Taman Universiti, Skudai

This is taken on the noon of 30 August 2023. I was looking for things in Greatzone Taman Universiti, Skudai. Then I noticed that new signboard of Sushi Mentai on the shop. Previously it was Magicboo last 15 August 2022.

I do noticed the Magicboo signboard gone by July 2023. Quite fast the lot get new tenant. Which means the unit is in good strategic location.

Discussion on property investment outside lab

This is taken on the evening of 18 September 2023. Where one of colleague is asking me about property. So I end up asking my boss to join the discussion. Since he is the expert matter on the area.

Long driveway that can parked 3 cars back to back

This is taken last evening of 1 January 2021. I happen to get opportunity to enter residential area in Canal Garden South in Horizon Hills. Where I found it is amusing to see the long driveway that can parked 3 cars back to back. Well the house there also 3 storey high. So to have long driveway does justify it.

PJ Residence in Pulai Jaya

This is taken in the morning of 9 November 2019. A day before they fully launch tomorrow on 10 November 2019. 48 units of 2 storey cluster house size 34"x65" in Pulai Jaya. Starting price for bumiputra lot is RM 600,000 and international starts RM 700,000. House built up 22"x65".

This new housing development is around 2 km to new exit in Pulai Jaya [1].

Envious on the wide land size area of corner unit to Rumah Mampu Milik Taman Pulai Hijauan

Yesterday evening I cannot stop from driving on pass my house entrance towards the Rumah Mampu Milik near my residential area. It does worth to make such detour.

I am really envious of the wide land size of the corner house unit in there. It is almost 20 feet wide!! Wider than mine. Well, I am intermediate house.

Really envious of this humongous land size area beside the corner unit. Even the land size around the electric pole is around 3 feet wide. Definitely can plant many things.

The land size inside the inner side of the house also larger than the existing 2 storey terrace house, Alder type in Taman Pulai Hijauan.

The wide road gap between house gate and the main road in front of the house also wider than the one in front of the existing 2 storey terrace house, Alder type in Taman Pulai Hijauan. I think able to fit 1 Hilux parked horizontally at the gap without even obstructing the main road. So lucky for those who buy this type of Rumah Mampu Milik.

The house owners here just get their house key last January 2019. So nice.
To be frank, I prefer larger land size than house built up. As I like to plant fruit trees, vegetables and herbs for my daily consumption.

Till then, have fun in window shopping for good Rumah Mampu Milik that have ample land size area for gardening activities.

The look of dripping water from ceiling porch house next door.

This happen in the evening of voting day [1]. That day was quite sunny and bright. Yet there is water dripping on the ceiling in between my house and next door.

Below is the list of obstruction in the alley between houses in my housing area.

2) construction leftover put in alley in between houses since September 2017 in Jalan Penaga 2

This kind of obstruction really makes me angry especially when I need to use the alley for alternative route when the neighbor use main road for their events.

Try to imagine if there is fire and the road is unavailable for use? Would end horribly for the victim and would be many losses.

That is why it is very important to make sure these kind of facility always available for usage.

In terms of security regardless this neighborhood is gated guarded community, really worries me when I saw few of the neighbor along my road in Jalan Penaga 2 always leave their gate wide open regardless they only leave their house for a while. As people can come into their house compound and take whatever there. Which would be lots of hassle after that. Especially if these kind of people did not pay for the maintenance fees.

The sad part is the lorry with plate number JGV 8973 still being seen parked at the same place.

The Iswara with plate number JFB 7815 sometimes also parked in the same place.

Last time, even a trailer head with plate number BJV 5716 were parked in front of a house near to mine.

I never saw how this trailer head able to squeeze through the guard gate in my area. Try to imagine if it is driven carelessly while kids roaming around near the road in the housing area. The driver won't feel a thing if run over them.
I also think there is rules where lorries, trailer, bus is not given the permission to park in housing area.

I do think we as part of the community need to do our part in keeping the neighborhood safe.
The resident associations also need to help find ways for enforcement in order to curb these kind of situations from keep on reoccuring with never ending solutions.

Till then, plase help to do your part by avoiding from obstructing the alley and close your gate everyday and every time😍

Why to have own house is important for me?

I come across this blog (http://www.iiumc.com/mertua-adik-beradik-ipar-melampau/) in facebook last week. You can read it yourself. For me, it does really reflect the current trend. My synopsis for the reason of the story: they are not living on their own.
Where the husband family meddle with their life since they stay with the husband family. Until it not end well for the writer.

I cannot sympathize much on the writer. As for me personally, they need stay in their own house after marriage. That is the definition of marriage I have in mind. In order to be independent. In my opinion, the writer late in taking action. Until the condition already beyond control. They should be firm to live by themselves in the early stage. In order to learn be independent.

In my opinion, you are the one who should take the course of your life. Therefore, owning a house would give the practice of independent live. Not necessarily to wait till you get married. Even for woman. Where the typical concept is to wait for husband to buy a house. A normal concept that being implied in the society nowadays. Which is why I bought my own house. As I am trying my best to be independent. Where it not as easy as being planned and calculated. Still, I tried my best.

Same concept for marriage that I personally think should be. People should buy a house before married. Then the groom have place to station the bride. Where the ideal place I have in mind should be in his own house. Even for woman or bride-to-be. This kind of mind set makes most people think I am having high expectations. Well, I need to planned well. Since I really need to have my own house that enable me to park my car at ease and safely. Regardless my car is not brand new. As safety is priority for engineer like me. That is why I choose to get gated guarded housing area.

Regardless how long you stay with your family, you won't be able to save much until you pay for your own house. A lesson I learn fortunately fast. Well, I still have a long way to learn. Although I have need to plenty of class and seminar. Yet, you can learn in our property seminar. Which I will update the date later.

Cluster house in Setia Tropika, Model: Cycas starting price near 1 million ringgit

I saw the advertisement of this house last week while driving to pass Kempas area. What caught my eyes is the price of the house. The starting price is RM 983, 836.00. Wow!! More than double of my cluster house price which I bought in Taman Pulai Hijauan in July 2013. The type and size of the house is the same to mine.

Location =  Setia Tropika
Type = cluster house.
Size = 35 " x 70 ".
Built up = 2,615 sq ft.

For me, you can wait as long as you want from buying a property. Or can also wait for the price to drop, which this I would doubt much. Regardless what, the property price would not wait for you at all. Therefore, buy while you still can.
But my advise would be, join our property seminar first before buying blindly. As I have experience and meet too many people where they have to fork up too much money to buy their property. Where I only pay less than 10% for my down payment for my house. This is because they do not have the correct step, method and strategy.
Till then, have a good investment research ahead.

Current development progress in the township Taman Pulai Hijauan, Johor

This is taken first week of April 2016.

This shows how much the progress development work near township Taman Pulai Hijauan.

The land already cleared from palm trees near entrance of Taman Pulai Indah till Taman Pulai Hijauan.

Last time, the township was like pop up suddenly in the middle of palm trees plantation.

Hopefully by the time the main road become dual carriageway, the property price will go higher than the current market price

Those who are being skeptical to buy the house in this area will definitely regretting it. As the future development around the area as per information that I have obtained, cannot get house size that I manage to buy in year 2013.

 As you could see, the asking price went down from RM 418 K (in March 2015) to RM 390 K (in April 2015). Try to guess why?

The price for cluster house in Pulai Indah. The township is near to my house. However, you have to drive a bit further in after went into the junction
