Making candied young mango
This is taken on the morning of 31 October 2023. Where I managed to spare time to make candied young mango. It took me almost 1 hour to process 4 unit of unripe mango Harum Manis fruits. The one that cracked due to the fall impact during harvesting process.
The look before started processing the unripe mango fruits. Make Americano to perk up my senses.
The look of thinly sliced unripe mango fruits. The mixed brown sugar with the thinly sliced unripe mango fruits.
The look of the thinly sliced unripe mango fruits after 3 hours time in room temperature condition.
At this stage, can add chopped chili if you like spicy version. But this is good enough for me. The sour and sweet taste. Could reduce the processing time if using mandolin or slicer.
Until then, have fun in processing your cracked mango fruits.
