My customer review on pisang raja (banana) fruits and kerepek pisang (banana chips)

I do follow up next day (8 April 2020) with my customer on their review of the bought pisang raja (banana) fruits and kerepek pisang (banana chips) [1]. 

My customer said the yellowing pisang raja (banana) fruits has slight kelat (tart,bitter) taste. Maybe because it is not fully yellow and ripe enough. 

For the kerepek pisang (banana chips), it was clean finished by them family of five. I did give half of tall container to her. It is around 350 gm of kerepek pisang (banana chips), 

Well it is a very good review for me. My customer even suggested for me to acquire a land area to plant the pisang raja (banana) plant in larger scale. It is being considered. But still a lot to be taken into consideration. At this moment, it is just a hobby for me to fully utilize land area in my house compound. Also to utilize my time at home to be more productive.

Comparison on the opening cutting angle between 2 garden cutters

This is taken in the evening of 11 February 2020. Where my colleage asked me to help to remove rust on his cutter. The garden cutter is purchased last 5 February 2020. He accidentally left his garden cutter to open area and being splashed by rain water. I was quite surprised to see how fast it rusted. I suspected that the rain water nowadays very polluted and full of chemicals.

It is 1 size bigger than my garden cutter. Also the opening cutting angle around 45 degrees. Compare to mine that is around 25 degrees. Still, mine has served well since bought last 2015. Almost 5 years being with me and still rust free.

Prove that my organic papaya were sweet and juicy

My customer already book the number 1 organic papaya last 2 days [1]. However the papaya were already too ripe yesterday till it was bitten by ants. As the customer did not even reply me after I offer to send the papaya the next day to her house.

Feedback on how sweet my home grown organic papaya

I give 1.6 kg of my ripe papaya to the tenant of my neighbour yesterday as welcoming gift. And she cut it off last night as midnight snack during packing time.

She even compliment on how sweet the taste of papaya is. Also on the good looking condition of the fruit when I give it to her yesterday. 

It does give a nice feeling when people appreciate and enjoy the sweet taste of my home grown organic papaya. Seems like I am already good in planting papaya 😅.

New batch of papaya pickle for customer order request

I am making new batch of papaya pickle today. This time, I am able to get semi ripe papaya. Which will be sweeter version that previous one [1]. Plus, it looks prettier that pale version of the previous ones [1].

Masak bingka ubi kayu organik hari ini

Disebabkan ada lebihan ubi kayu di rumah, maka hari ini dimasak sebagai kek bingka moden untuk kudapan minum petang.

Di saat ini, kami masih menunggu kek bingka tersebut masak. Akan saya kemaskini gambar kek selepas siap masak nanti.

Manage to make the papaya pickle yesterday. The look of the pickle as picture below.

Made from 16 unit of green organic papayas.

So far, I manage to make 2 dish from the green papaya. That is sweet desert (halwa) and papaya pickle [1].

My papayas harvest for today. Sold out already by 4.40 pm today 😌.
