This is taken on the morning of 9 April 2025. Where I managed to self cook nasi bariyani with lamb sirloin.
The list of ingredients and cooking instructions as below:
Ingredients:
- Brahim's bariyani paste 80 gm
- basmathi rice 244.3 gm
- water 432.7 ml
- ghee 13.5 gm
- 3 slices lamb sirloin 384.4 gm
- fine salt 1.4 gm
- 3 stalk curry leaves
- 7 cm long turmeric leaf
- 7 cm pandan leaf
- pegaga leaves
- 3 bay leaves
- Use function meat in Elba 6 liter pressure cooker. Set timer 1.0. Here timer 1.0 = 1 hour of cooking time. This cooking time will varies based on your pressure cooker model.
- Then start simmer ghee with meat.
- After 1 minute, add Brahim's bariyani paste. mix well.
- Then add rice. mix well.
- Then add water, leaves.
- Close lid, lock. Seal pressure cooker lid.
- Finished cooking after 33 minutes. Where the pressure cooker will start its beeping sounds to indicate finished cooking.

The look of soaked pot with soap and hot water. My boss helps out to wash it. As he can see the person who have eaten the balance of it, didn't bother to wash at all. It was very unfortunate to happen in place that consists of higher educated person. Which reflected how low their attitude and mentality level despite surrounded with high intellectual.
