Well, actually from my perspective that we are drowning ourselves in our work. Or in simple terms is a workaholic. In my defense, we just cannot stay still. My sleep monitoring for the weekend

The look of my sleep over the weekend of Saturday (24 September 2022) and Sunday (25 September 2022).

I am no longer fighting to be awake. Listening to my counselor's advice very well. As he said, I might fall in the toilet. While trying hard to take bath to stay awake.

The result is I am able to get total of 11 hours of sleep and 2 hours 17 minutes of deep sleep last Saturday.

I am able to get a total of 7 hours 27 minutes of sleep and 1 hour 10 minutes of deep sleep.

On Monday (26 September 2022), I am able to get a total of 8 hours 18 minutes of sleep and 1 hour 31 minutes of deep sleep.

On Tuesday (27 September 2022), I only get 17 minutes of deep sleep from a total of 4 hours and 8 minutes of sleep duration.

Part of steps taken to recover control of my laptop after being held ransom by BitLocker lock

This is taken on the morning of 26 September 2022. I have been held ransom due to a BitLocker lock on my laptop. I accidentally activate it while using my Dual Drive USB Type-C on the laptop. This is after going out for lunch break last 22 September 2022😞.

Despite such, I am still unable to use my laptop until 8.46 pm. I am truly grateful for my rusty recovery-up laptop skills. Basically, it took me 12 hours for today to reach this sweet stage of achievement.

Finally able to download Lenovo USB Recovery Creator for my Lenovo ThinkBook laptop.

I do spend RM 70 to purchase a 64 GB pendrive to make bootable Lenovo USB Recovery. And it is worth every single cent spend. As it saves me from more which can easily lead to RM 200 if I send it out to a professional. Which will take them less than 2 hours time compared to me. But since I am tight on money and able to spare my time, I decided to do it all myself. Me of being stingy to the maximum.

The moral of the story is please keep a copy of your work on your portable hard disk. I am still working on buying a 4 TB portable hard disk to back up all my research works. Hopes this will help others in solving their BitLocker issue. I have successfully disabled and decrypted for good from my precious Lenovo ThinkBook laptop. Enough experiencing it once. It is not fun at all.

The dark and scary corridor outside Vecad lab and PCB lab

This is taken on the evening of 26 September 2022. Where I am staying after dark to finished off some works for submission dateline. Hopefully the pictures and video is clear enough to show how dark and scary the corridor of Vecad lab and PCB (Printed Circuit Board) lab in Block P04, School of Electrical Engineering (SKE). Since no action taken despite various report being made. Even the parking lot is pitch black. Same condition as per last 15 October 2019 [1].

This is taken on the morning. Where my customer open 1 tandan pisang nipah kept in a sack (guni). Can see how pretty in yellow the banana is. After keeping it in sack for 2 days.

This is taken on the morning of 12 September 2022. Where I finally manage to make label for my house keys.

My current forbidden elixir : F&N Ice Cream Soda bicarbonate drinks of 1.5 liter

This is taken on the noon of 20 September 2022. I bought 1.5 liter of F&N Ice Cream Soda bicarbonate drink. Since it is getting harder to get hold of it. Compared to last time my forbidden elixir is Vanilla Coke. Seems like my preference changes over time and age.

Regardless, please be reminded to consume it sparingly.

Pump tyre after notice it quite deflated

This is taken on the morning of 21 September 2022. Where I notice that the back tyre on the driver's line was quite deflated. I immediately take out my tyre pump. And voila, the pressure was 10 psi. I immediately pump it up till 25 psi.

The look of my prescribed medicines due to virus infection

This is taken on the evening of 19 September 2022. The look of abundance prescribed medicine I get for my virus infection.

The look of my schedule in eating all prescribed medicine with 15 minutes gap in between each medicine. A trick thought by physician in Pusat Kesihatan UTM last month during my medical check up. Have to do this to avoid getting diarrhea due to result in taking all the medicine in one shot.

Before I went to Pusat Kesihatan UTM around 4 pm, I drink 1 whole coconut water (kelapa pandan) after lunch. Then after 1 hour, I eat flu medicine give by my younger brother who is GP doctor (General Practitioner).

I started to feel my throat swollen, got phlegm, runny nose and heated eyes. When I told one of my friend, he self diagnosed that I might having fever. I immediately went to Pusat Kesihatan UTM. Have to go to Isolation ward to be examined.

Until then, have fun in keeping track of your own health. As fast action in seeing medical help does helps a lot in a long run. Especially when you are in bronze category age.

My review on ThinkBook 14p Gen 2 by Lenovo

Specification of my laptop ThinkBook 14p Gen 2 by Lenovo. It is using AMD Ryzen 7 processor. Main reason in choosing this laptop. Been using it for almost 6 months time.

Summary in the reason in choosing AMD Ryzen [1]:

1. Price.

AMD much cheaper

2. Speed.

The speed of Ryzen is better than intel when it comes to multi-tasking and single-tasking. We can see that Ryzen 5 has 6 core and 12 thread whereas intel CPU has a higher clock speed as well as 4 physical core and 8 thread. this clearly indicates that Ryzen is providing much better speed.

3. Overclocking in Ryzen processor.

4. Less heat generation by AMD

My review on 3 usb ports of 35 W fast charger

This is taken on the morning of 17 September 2022. Where I manage to take pictures of the 35 W fast charger. Main reason in buying this 35 W fast charger is due to original Samsung charger unable to fast charge my Samsung A11 phone since 2 days ago.

Summary: 

1. For phone Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 using 5 V, 3.4 A usb port  = 0.67% fast charging per minute (56% increment for 1 hour and 23 minutes)

2. For phone Samsung A11 using Qualcomm Fast Charger 3.0 usb port = 0.43% fast charging per minute (43% increment for 1 hour and 41 minutes)

I am able to get 48 minutes of deep sleep after consuming 1/4 tablet of prescribed psychistric medicine.

This is taken on the morning of 15 September 2022. Where I managed to spare my time to go to psychiatric clinic in HSA (Hospital Sultanah Aminah). To get help from expert in handling my issue of unable to control my emotions when on the back of steering.

The result of buffing all 9 of my nails after wake up 2.19 am. The stain is from unsuccessful attempt in henna application.

Quite high blood pressure reading of mine

Since morning I do feel annoying headache. Which I presume caused by my dry flu. By 11 am, I do feel slight pain on my right chest. Which I apply eucalyptus oil to ease it out. After lunch 3 pm, I notice I am getting much more drowsy. I did not feel drowsy at all while in lab as too focus doing work.

My colleague suggested to me to take measurements of my blood pressure. 

Below is the 3 measurement of my blood pressure :

Somehow this song just represents the current me. It is just becoming harder to do all things by myself despite I am able to do it. As my capability does feel much more limited after the car accident last 26 August 2022 [1]. But still, I have to push myself forward, with work and etc. And it's starting to drive me crazily annoyed. Plus with all questions and accusations that assume I am driving mad fast till accident. Makes me regret surviving the accident. But I have to be strong for my precious baby Furball. As she needs me to tend after her. She is the only thing that keeps me alive and strong after the accident [2]. As if I die during the accident, only need to spend less than RM 1,000 to bury my corpse.

My service in charging flat car battery

This is taken on the noon of 10 September 2022. Where my girlfriend asking me if I have jumper cable. As she wanted to charged flat car battery that parked inside her porch. Fortunately I remember to pack my car battery charger. Turns out that the car was parked front part towards house. And to jump start it, we will need to push the car out of the porch.

My review on Dual Drive Go USB Type-C from SanDisk

This is taken on the noon of 29 August 2022. Where I went to the computer shop E-Cytech to survey portable hard disks. As my current 1 TB is almost 90% full. Been using it since 2015. The main reason for it to be full faster is due to the large resolution size of pictures taken by my phone camera.

I do a survey on pendrive prices as my friend ask for it. The salesperson suggested this Dual Drive Go USB Type-C from SanDisk. At first, I am unable to grasp it. As I thought it can only be used on my phone. Then after further explanation, I am able to understand that that drive has 2 types of USB on its end. Which is USB Type-A to be used on my laptop and USB Type-C to be used on my phone. Which helps to eliminate the need for OTG cable as per my normal practice.

However, I do notice quite a heat on the Dual Drive Go USB Type-C from SanDisk after unmounting it. Despite I just accessed it without even starting any transfer process. Which is less than 5 minutes time. Quite concerning to me. Since I do not face such heat when I use OTG cable to transfer files from my Samsung A11 phone to a normal pendrive. Still need to fully test it out while it is still in 1 year warranty. Product stability is the main reason I only buy brand SanDisk and Kingston. Just prefer SanDisk due to its smaller size and sleek design. 

I choose the size 64 GB (despite the urge to get 128 GB size) to avoid any regret if it happens to get lost later. Need to prepare for worst case scenario. Just been a habit of mine since earlier. Since the size is small. It can easily miss placed. This Dual Drive Go USB Type-C from SanDisk could enable me to transfer pictures from my phone into it while I am moving out and about using the phone at home. This eliminates the need for me to let my phone stay with my laptop when transferring data using a cable. Talking about convenience.

Satisfaction in selling my homemade magnesium lotion

This is taken on the morning of 4 September 2022. Where my girlfriend asking me to buy my homemade magnesium lotion. Which I have given sample size of it last 2 weeks. I know that she is subtly is helping me out by buying my homemade magnesium lotion. Yet I am grateful with such gesture. 

This time she wanted the largest one I have. Which is 30 gm size. Introduction price is RM 30 for 30 gm magnesium lotion. 

Saving my sports bra with new padding

I received replacement for my sports bra padding in the evening of 1 September 2022. I choose M size and black colour. Since skin colour out of stock.

Can see how bad the tear and wear of my sports bra padding in triangle shape. The round black one is the new one. 

Despite I choose round shape instead of originally triangle shape, it fit nicely in my sports bra. It really helps me to save a lot than to buy new sports bra. 

What I notice is by using sports bra, I do not need to remove it when doing x-ray. As it does not have undewire, adjustment buckle or even hook. So I am able to proceed with my attire without need to change to x-ray cloth.
