2. Cook until boiled 1 liter clean water. The put in the roughly shredded betel leaves (daun sirih) in it. Then turn off the heat.
3. Let it sit for 15 minutes until the boil3d water turned warm.

My extra step is to wipe clean the mealybugs found under the betel leaves (daun sirih) before wash it off.

My herbal drink

This is taken on the morning of 3 November 2022. Where I make herbal drink consist of blue butterfly pea flowers (bunga telang), maggie flowers (bunga ros kampung) and spearmint leaves.

I have been consistently drinking this concoction throughout this week. As I am able to get constant supplies from the grown maggie flower plants. As per this month menstrual cycle, I found I have low pain contraction. Which I found it very helpful as I am able to get more quality of life. Especially when my menstrual pain low. As such low painful menstrual is getting harder to achieve when aging. It becomes a miracle to me. Seems like I have to grow more maggie flower plants after this.
Until then, have fun in drinking good and fresh herbal drink with correct dosage.

My morning drink of pandan leaf+spearmint+apple mint.

This is taken in the morning of 19 July 2019. Where I make hot drink using pandan leaf+spearmint leaves+apple mint leaves. As I have extra pandan leaves to be used for my kombucha second fermentation tomorrow. The spearmint and apple mint leaves from the stem that I accidentally pull out when I clean up weeds in their containers.
I used half of pandan leaf. Around 6 cm long and 2 cm wide. 9 small spearmint leaves and 2 small apple mint leaves. I shred the pandan leaf and the pour hot boiled water into the leaves. I do find that the spearmint and apple mint leaves helps mellow down panda leaf bitter taste. Since I opt for no sugar in my herbal drink.
