My electric hair comb for hair styling

This is taken on the evening of 22 September 2023. Where I used my electric hair comb to neatly straighten my hair.

The look of the front part. What I like for this electric hair comb is the heating element was covered. So my hair also did not touch the heating element directly. Unlike when using flat iron. Also the ability of the bottom cord to swivel 360 degrees when used. I choose this type as the one with bristles tend to have boar fur in it. So, I prefer to be safe than sorry. 

The back top part is hot after usage. So better to leave it cool off before pack it up.

Johnson's nourishing body wash with almond oil

This is taken on the morning of 29 September 2023. Where I managed to unpack the bought Johnson's nourishing body wash with almond oil. It was heavenly fragrant. This is my top pick scent of Johnson's body wash.

It also makes my aging skin feel soft and supple after using it. Worth money spend. Have to be more generous to my aging body. To give it extra care and love. As I need to use it for longer time, hopefully. 

Until then, have fun enjoying good bath with a good body wash.

My review on hair dryer Panasonic EH-WNE6A

This is taken on the evening of 10 September 2023. Where I managed to test this hair dryer. Took 10 minutes to fully dry my hair after wrap it for at least 10 minutes in towel after bath. And my hair less frizzy after using it.

The reasons of choosing it is due to:

1) the ionic feature, 

2) the separation between heat level and fan level

3) foldable for travel usage.

Similar features with my precious hair dryer Panasonic EH-ND40-A655 [1].

Pretty beaded mask extension

This is taken last 25 November 2020. The look of my pretty sparkling beaded mask extension.

From left: Rainbow, Rue B and Mixgreen. Somehow I feel that the Mixgreen standout more than the other 2. All three suitable to be used during wedding event and etc.

Applying protective layer of tempered glass to my unbreakable mirror

I should really choose the right one based on my gut feeling. Quite hard to know. Since no measurement on the packaging. 

First test of my skin condition measurer.

I received my skin condition measurer last 10 March 2019.

I manage to make simple experiment using 3 different subjects:

• subject 1 age 49, 
• subject 2 age 24, and 
• subject 3 age 36 

as shown below.

My below average face skin measurement reading while wearing make up before Asar prayer.

• Skin elasticity: partial rough (second last/worst from 5 types). This stage, fast action also needed to keep the skin elasticity become better. Type range for skin elasticity  between 😁soft, 😌partial tender, 😑normal, 😞partial rough and 😫rough (worst and  fast action needed).
• Moisture: 34%. Normal value between 35% to 60%. The normal moisture value should be more than 32%. If not, the tester will emit red lighted background to remind for taking care of skin moisture.
• Oil: 38%. Oily skin value between 34% to 63%. There are 3 types of skin type. Range for normal is between 23% to 33%. While moist skin between 16% to 22%.
• Green lighted background: represent balance between water and oil.

My review on eyebrow pomade: Stay Put Brow Colour in code 02 taupe from Milani.

Received it last 21 February 2019 after place order last 13 February 2019.

It is eyebrow pomade: Stay Put Brow Colour in code 02 taupe from Milani [1]. 

The eyebrow pomade comes with its dual ended eyebrow brush+spoolie. I love the brush that come with the package. It does helps well to apply this eyebrow pomade neatly on my eyebrows. I do think the brush quality is almost 70% up to my Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) No 12 brush [2].

My daily simple make up look today using Hakuho-do+Sephora pro brush collection.

I normally used my usual cosmetics for my daily make up application. The only different would the the make up brushes being used. Since I have the habit and discipline to use clean make up brushes every week. Also to disinfect the used cosmetics. In order to maintain my skin from any skin infection. Today I am using my Hakuho-do+Sephora pro brush collection [1]. I am loving the make up look today.

My simple make up look after breakfast in FRGS grant workshop.

All brushes was very soft to my skin. I can see the brushes picking up powder pigments very nicely. The list of brushes used and applications area:

• I even tried to do light shading on my nose and face using Kusuriyubi - Angled Concealer Brush.
• I soften the shading using Shousai - Crease Brush.  
• I accidentally put on blush using Kusabi - Sloping Powder Brush instead of Ougi - Blush Brush. But I do love the blush look on my cheek after application.
• I powder all over face using Otsubu - Pointed Powder Brush. It does give an even application.

For eyebrows, I have to use Anastasia Beverly Hills No 12 angled brush. I used my Cosway powder eyebrows pallete to shape my eyebrows, shading and contour.

I am using quite pale nude soft pink with hint of chocolate under tone from Fever Glam code Kiss Me. It is a matte kind of liquid lipgloss. Which you can see remains well after my breakfast of roti canai kosong and teh O limau suam.

Truly satisfied with my make up look after using my custom Morphe brush set.

At first I thought my make up looks better due to different primer usage. But looking at  my make up after Maghrib prayer, I do know it is all due to my custom Morphe brush set [1,2]. I am using my Samsung J7 Prime (upgraded with Android version 8.1.0) with the aid of my mini LED light [3,4]. This is taken late evening of 28 January 2019.

My review on No Poreblem Primer from Touch In Sol .

I really like the texture and scent of this primer. It is have pleasant scent. Also fast diminishing my pores. Not too sticky after application. Quite hydrating. Makes my make up adhere well. Also loves its blurring pores effect. It does live up to its description.
My style is to quickly apply it to the required area. In my attempt to be frugal.
I get around 40% offer when bought it last time. It is 30 ml per bottle.
This primer does get good review from others [1].

My foldable, unbreakable and shatterproof mirror finally arrive.

My friend who have gone back to his home town help to give this good mirror as my birthday present. I am happy with the condition and clear image given by the mirror.

 

My make up look using my custom Morphe brush set.

Today I officially used my custom Morphe brush set. I add 3 brushes more. Eyebrows from Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) No 12, MAANGE 5001F angle brush to clean up my eyebrows and MAANGE eyeliner brush.

To be frank, I am satisfied with the softness of the Morphe brushes that I used. Also my eyebrows look after using the ABH No 12. It does live up to its reputation as eyebrows specialist.
My look this morning after applying make up using the mentioned brushes above.
The brushes that I used from the custom Morphe set is:

1. M439 for foundation
2. M401 to powder all over face
3. M104 for blusher. I love very much the look of my cheek after using it to applyy blusher

Unable to use all due to my time limit of 15 minutes make up look😓. 

Just love the way my eyebrows looks. Despite I am only using Rhomlon eyebrows pencil code Wine Brown and diffuse it using ABH No 12 brush.

My review on unbreakable, shatterproof mirror of mine.

I have been using such mirror since April 2014. I find it to be very convenient to use  and bring in daily basis as I do not need to worry if it suddenly slipped off my hands. As it is unbreakable and shatterproof. Have experienced more than once shattered mirror in bag. Now no more with peace of mind😄😍.

I am making comparison between 2 LED lights that I have.
Which is:

1. mini LED and 
2. ring light with 24 LEDs

I bought this  last June 2016. I choose ring light with 24 LEDs after consulting my supplier. Despite there are other model with 30, 32, 36 and 38 LEDs. I also choose rechargeable than battery powered.

My mini LED light that I took from office today.

Testing the mini LED light in pitch black faculty parking lot.

The lights from this mini LED light quite bright in pitch black faculty parking lot.  Thankfully no uninvited entity passby during the experimental poses😅😱. I am able to take decent pictures despite its small size (only 9 LEDs) compare to my medium size LED light with 24 LEDs [1]. Plus pictures taken using the mini LED light is more natural compare to my phone selfie light/flash in such condition that time.
Excuse me on the bare faced of mine. Still not 100% recovered from dry flu and sore throat.

My review on rhassoul clay as my weekly mask today.

The rhassoul clay itself smells like Sprite carbonated drink.

The mixture of rhassoul clay with rose water.

I used amount 1 tablespoon of rhassoul clay with 3/4 tablespoon of rose water. Good enough for my face, hands and feets. As I am facing itching hands and feets since yesterday.

Using 6 from 15 pieces of my purple Sonia Kashuk limited edition make up brush set.

I used again 6 from 15 pieces of my purple Sonia Kashuk limited edition make up brush set yesterday. Bought last 20 August 2017 [1].

As my Zoeva Rose Golden Luxury set (8 pieces) need to be under deep cleaning [2].

The look of the purple Sonia Kashuk limited edition make up brush set in my daily make up bag.

Seems like I get the hang in using the make up brushes from this set. Even manage to get decent eyebrows look using the eyebrow brush (angled brush) from the set for yesterday dinner.
