USB Fan for daily usage especially during this heat season

Currently the weather is too hot in Malaysia due to El Nino factor. Can refer to the link below on news for that. Therefore, what matter the most important is what you do to cool of yourself when going out.
As is for me, I opt to use USB fan with lithium battery to cool myself off. Where the USB fan can also be powered up using power bank.
At this moment, the USB fan battery comes with 2200 mAh lithium battery. Where it could last up to 3 hours at speed one (1).
As if for mine, I upgrade to 3200 mAh battery as I want it to last the 5 hours bus journey from Johor Bahru (JB) to Pekan, Pahang. As I want to solely use my power bank for my phone. Well, the price will differ with higher battery capacity.
