Some information on the uses of this shell ginger [1]:

Statistically, Okinawan natives who consume a traditional diet that includes A. zerumbet have a very long life expectancy.[11] Recent research has investigated its effects on human longevity and the phytochemicals that may be responsible.[12]

A. zerumbet contains many kavalactones structurally related to the compounds in kava (Piper methysticum) and may[clarification needed] help prevent high glucose induced cell damage.[13]

The flowers looks white and soft pink in colour. Quite stunning. As it is in a form of bouquet.

Checking the capacity of bought pendrive

This is taken on the noon of 16 July 2024. Where I used 1 software to check capacity of the bought pendrive through online platform. 

It took me 7 hours and 40 minutes for pendrive with capacity 128 GB. I start from 10.30 am till 6.10 pm.

Well it is time worth spend. As it is proven the capacity is as per order.

Making coffee drink using stainless steel 304 French press pot

This is taken on the noon of 16 July 2024. Where I make coffee drink using the available stainless steel 304 French press pot and grounded Thai coffee. This entry is made to help a colleague who have no clue how to make coffee drink using the available stainless steel 304 French press pot and grounded Thai coffee in the Vecad lab pantry.

The used ratio and formula of ground coffee and water from this website [1] is to use 10.6 gm to 21.6 gm tablespoons of ground coffee for every 177.4 ml hot boiled water. 

So for this coffee drink, I am using 47.7 gm ground coffee and 532.2 ml of hot boiled water. Basically ratio of 15.9 gm ground coffee and 177.4 ml hot boiled water.

Need to make sure the strainer like picture below.

With this measured coffee making steps, you will be able to get consistent coffee drink taste each time you brew your own coffee drink. 

This brewed coffee is made to be concentrated. Where end user can choose to either:

- diluted the made coffee drink with hot or cold water or ice cubes, 

- add fresh milk, coconut milk and etc

- add brown sugar or white sugar or honey

Adding brown sugar to taste before consuming the coffee drink. Can add more hot water as please.

Cutting pandan leaves to be car freshener

This is taken on the morning of 4 June 2024. Where I managed to trim pandan leaves. Then cut it to small pieces to be car freshener.

I personally prefer to cut it to pieces as I found that it smells more fragrant. All up to personal preference.

Emergency info on my phone's lock screen

This is taken on the morning of 15 July 2024. Was reading comments section on health video in YouTube. Come across on the part where one mentioned about putting their emergency info on their phone's lock screen. So I ended up setting mine immediately. Which I think it is a good and wise thing to do. Since I have once escaped death from a total loss accident last August 2022.

Potter wasp and hornet on leaves to ylang ylang (kenanga) flower plant

This is taken on the evening of 4 June 2024. Where I noticed 2 different insects on the leaves to my ylang ylang (kenanga) flower plant. 

Fortunately I am using my round RGB video light with me that time. So I am able to take clear pictures of them. Upon further inspection and clarification, found out that it is potter wasp and hornet. Both also part of pollinator team. Just need to remember to be careful with the potter wasp. Since it has rhe ability to sting more than 1 time per wasp.

My review on dust mite UV corded vacuum

This is taken on the morning of 24 September 2023. Where I managed to spare time to test out dust mite UV corded vacuum. It is worth money spend. It cleans the bed sheet effortlessly. 

Cord length 5 meter.

Weight 350 gm.

I normally clean my bed cover using lint roller. Before washing it once per 1 or 2 weeks time. But using this dust mite UV corded vacuum is about 90% much cleaner than using lint roller.

Would definitely helpful to clean up bed in cheap hotel and homestay before usage. As I have experience with friends get bite by bed mites during stay in cheap hotel. Also in 2010 where my Mother and siblings were bitten by bed mites in the homestay during my 3rd brother's marriage. I was safe since I sleep in my sleeping bag on the same bed. My way in self care of myself from bed mites when sleeping in unknown area.

Good also for those who have sensitive skins condition and dust allergy. As I have encounter few people who says they have dust allergy. But did not even have a vacuum. Yet able to drives a Honda Jazz. I have long stop give people to borrow my things. As they tend to abuse it since it is not theirs. If you need to use it, buy it yourself. As I also put effort to save money to buy mine.

One of my girlfriend asking about bed bugs. So this is one from other steps I take to ensure my safety from bed bugs. With my aging body condition, it is way better to prevent than cure.

Harvesting my kesidang flowers

This is taken on the noon of 1 June 2024. Where I remember to harvest my blooming kesidang flowers. After reached home from running errands.

Managed to harvest 9 unit kesidang flowers. Then 1 of them fall out from my grasp to outside the residential fence.

The look of scraped or collected 1 unit of fallen kesidang flower. I use my tajak (grass stilt/knife/hoe) to collect it.

I am able to have a natural fragrant freshener on my bedside for that day.

A full day of activities

This is taken on 10 July 2024. The morning starts with harvesting rambutan fruits after breakfast.

Then start to cook beef stew using Qurban beef by 12.40 pm. Finished cooking it and ready for consumption by 2.49 pm. The cooking time takes longer time due to the used slab of Qurban beef.

The slab of beef Qurban that I just cook the lump of it. Since my hands does not have the capability to chop it to smaller pieces.

Desert after the lunch is mas hitam mango. It is sweet and tasty.

Session of collecting fresh corns on the road side. Where it is harvested 4 pm that day. 

The seller did asked for collection pictures session from me. As he knows me to well being Mamarazzi. Well, I give below to him for his safe keeping. 

The look of planted corns last 19 June 2024.
