Settle with corn on cob

This is taken on the noon of 12 June 2024. Where I actually craving to eat corn pudding. However no place to get it. And too swamped with works to even make it for myself. So I settle with corn on cob.

At least this boiled corn is tasty and sweet. Worth the money spend on it.

Harvesting 6 sisir/sikat (layer/comb) pisang raja (banana) fruits

This is taken on the morning of 7 August 2024. Where I managed to spare time to harvest the yellow pisang raja (banana) fruits. Looking at it, think I should harvest it on Monday instead. But better late than never. As I am swamped with workload. Also lack of energy due to the bloody day of the month.

Only able to collect the fallen 12 unit pisang raja (banana) fruits.

The growth of Sarawak pineapple fruit bud

Cutted pandan leaves as natural room freshener

This is taken on the noon of 29 June 2024. Where I managed to remember to cut pandan leaves. To be the natural freshener to the lab pantry.

Transferring the cutted pandan leaves into a mesh bag on morning 30 June 2024. So that would be neater. As it might spill off from the used bowl.

By evening 1 July 2024, one of the female lecturer asking my boss. What smells nice. Well I do add freshly harvested rose flowers on the evening of 30 June 2024 to the pantry room.

Need to use prettier bowl later. 

Until then, have fun in using freshly harvested pandan leaves and rose flowers as natural room freshener. 

My thick Americano drink

This is taken in the noon of 30 June 2024. Where I managed to test 1 recipe Americano drink.

8 gm moccona espresso style 10.

10.48 gm brown sugar.

343.94 ml water used.

The one in the pictures is the undiluted part.

Putting freshwater turtle/terrapin to nearest water source

This is taken on the noon of 2 August 2024. Where I was driving at the back of my colleague car. Then he suddenly stop at the middle of the road. Which makes me honk him. Turns out he was shooing a freshwater turtle/terrapin to the side of the road. After he drive on. I decided to pull over. To take the freshwater turtle/terrapin. As I can see it try to cross back the road. I u-turn. Then go to the nearest water source that I know. Located nearby Pusat Kesihatan UTM. 

I have to end up throw the freshwater turtle/terrapin inside the water. As it takes too long to go into the water. Can see near the end of the taken video. Where it pop it head out of the water and look straight at me. I drove off after that. 

My colleague even texted me. Asking where I went. Since he is not able to see my car at the back. Fortunately I have the video as proof what I do.

Actually, I have been collecting such freshwater turtle/terrapin from the road ever since I am in primary school. As I know it can be crashed upon car tyres. Learn it from my late father on such. He used to bring it back home. Then put inside large basin. Where me and my siblings will try out best to stay silent and peep. To see the freshwater turtle/terrapin pop out its head. We normally release it to nearby lake in the next evening. I do miss such scene. Well, it will always be my fondest memory.

How wrong steps in soldering effects copper pad

This is taken on the evening of 29 June 2024. Where wrong steps in soldering effects the copper pad on the latch part of the board.

This makes the programmed number 2 on the third unit of 7-segment unable to display the E pin.

Lesson learned well. Need to use lower power heat gun.

My simple banana cake with oats cooked with microwave

This is taken on the noon of 1 August 2024. Where I managed to make banana cake using the yellow pisang raja (banana) fruit and rolled oats.

The fast colour changes on my cherry Barbados fruit

This is taken on the evening of 12 June 2024. I managed to remember to check on cherry Barbados fruit. After arrived home around 8 pm. 

It is almost 80% red in colour.

This is taken 9.33 am of 11 June 2024. The cherry Barbados fruit only about 5% in orange colour.

Not sure if the extreme hot weather contribute to the fast ripening of this cherry Barbados fruit. As this noon, reached 40°C. Hopefully I will able to remember to check on it tomorrow morning before leave house for work.

My review on spot cleaner machine

This is taken on the morning of 1 October 2023. Where I unboxed the received spot cleaner machine. It was bought to clean up mattress, pillows and carpets at home. It comes with free 50 ml detergent in a bottle. 

It is able to clean up well my Deuter bagpack. Worth money spend buying it. Since this cleaning method does help to preserve the bagpack integrity. 

This bagpack bought in 2008. Using my first bonus last time working in Siemens Malaysia Sdn. Bhd..
