My review on Euphoria Calvin Klein (CK) EDP for Woman

I never have/owned Calvin Klein (CK) perfume for woman . The only CK perfume I ever have is Eternity for Men. Just because I love the smell when my uncle using his. And I prefer I am the one who using it rather than someone else😗.

Regarding Euphoria Calvin Klein for Woman that I bought.

I bought 100 ml EDP through my trusted seller. I bought tester bottle as it is way cheaper than the New In Box (NIB) bottle. I have the tendency to buy cheaper tester bottle as long as the content quality is the same😘.

My review on the perfume

For me, Euphoria has a woodsy fresh smell. Not too masculine. Which then mellows down to sweet pomegranate with vanilla sweetness. But in a gorgeous and elegance way. Where the sweetness is being balance out by pomegranate sour note. It does have similar end note smell like Nina by Nina Ricci [1,2]. However, it does smell quite masculine despite the sweet elegant throughout the 3 day wearing it. 
I find it is suitable for formal meeting and daily usage especially in hot blazing like El Nino weather last time. It also have soothing effect on me. Some how it helps to make me feel calmer. And it also didn't offence my male companion as I have previously receive complain from few of my male companion on my perfume strength. Although I normally spray 1 time only on one of my wrist and dab on the rest of my body😘. Well that dabbing technique also need to be done correctly in order to achieve long lasting smell yet not offensive.

I wear it today since I am craving for it. It does help to boost up my mood who is already having itchy eyes due to early flu stage. The best part is I could still smell the scent lingers around 9 pm despite I spray it on around 1.20 pm today. Talk about sillage strength [3].

The fragrance trail—technically, its sillage—is perhaps one of the most misunderstood aspects of perfumery. Many people associate its presence with the type of walloping, intrusive fragrances that can turn a crowded cinema into a gas chamber. Fragrances don't need to contain anything particularly tenacious or stealthy, such as patchouli, in order to trail; the character of the scent can be light or dark, floral, fruity, woody, sweet, or spicy. It's possible for projection to come from the dry-down, which is where you typically find heavy base notes such as musk, vanilla, or amber, but it can just as easily emanate from the top or heart notes. Sillage is the product of evaporation, aided and tweaked by alchemical wizardry. Although some notes are more naturally diffusive than others—the difference between a quick-to-evaporate grapefruit note and the hang-about scent of musk is like the difference between a note hit on a piano key and one held, say, by an oboe—talented perfumers can manipulate even the most transient whiffs so that they stick around longer, just as they can tamp down those that are more persistent.
