My simple make up look in the morning before meeting

This is taken in the morning of 21 September 2020. Where I manage to take selfie with my abundant kelapa pandan (coconut) fruits. I am satisfied with my simple yet fresh make up look.

I just make sure that I do mild exfoliation in the morning after bath to clean up my skin from dead skin cells. Then proceed to moisturized my skin with aloe vera gel. Followed by sunscreen.  Then I put on Ultra foundation stick from Kyolan to cover my under eyes. Define my eyebrows and eyes. Put on blusher lightly on my cheek. Last with a touch of lip matte.

3 cm long of mulberry fruits planted outside lab area

This is taken in the noon of 27 September 2020. Where I am able to harvest total of 4 mulberry fruits planted outside lab area.

Bottom 2 is the one planted directly on land area. Size around 3 cm long each. While the top 2 is the one planted in 5 liter container. Around 1 cm long each. Seems like the one planted directly on land area able to produce 3 times size compare to the one planted in 5 liter container. Both with minimum care.

My self sewn face mask with frontliner print fabric

This is taken in the noon of 27 September 2020. I am using limited edition medical frontliner printed fabric. Suits the current condition where the medical fronliner is becoming most important people.

It does takes my time to sew this face mask. Since the fabric it is 4-way stretch and a soft hand making it a comfortable and versatile fabric. The edges will curl towards the right side of the fabric when cut and stretched. I have to use all my trouble shooting knowledge. It really takes a lot of my time since I am not a full time seamstress.

Temporary trap male cat to prevent unwanted grand kittens

This is taken in the morning of 24 September 2020. Where I have to resort in trapping this stray male cat. In order to prevent unwanted grand kittens. As he keep mounting on my Furball.

Have to keep him in the cage until Furball came back home. It is the only way I could think that morning. Since Furball refuse to come to me when being called. But I do make sure to feed the stray male cat. Need to make sure he will be good to me also. Easier to catch later if needed again.

Pretty flower with white petals and yellow inner part given by my Aunt

This is taken in the morning after my morning session of fertilizing my plants. I notice the flower plant given by my Aunt last 6 August 2020 start to bloom with many flower buds. Basically it starts to bloom after 52 days it was under my care.

It was given to my Aunt by her friend. Where she also do not know what type of flower it is. Will try to find it out later based on the bloom flower pictures.

My self sewn phone pouch using remnants of khakis pant

This is taken in the morning of 23 September 2020. Where I manage to hand sewn the part to hook sling rope to my self sewn phone pouch.

I am still learning best sewing technique to make good durable phone pouch. For now, I focus in using remnants that available in hands. Such as old khakis pants, jeans and etc. But still it is a good start for beginner like me. What matter is my phone pouch able to store 2 of my phone. Also to be able to fit in my power bank when I am using it to charge my phone while on the move. Next step is to make the pouch with more secured features like padding to absorb shock if the pouch falls off from the sling rope, pockets inside out, compartment inside out and etc.

4 cm current length of my first lada basah (large chili) fruit

This is taken in the morning of 20 September 2020. Where I notice that my lada basah (large chili) grow 2 cm longer after 3 days from last check up 17 September 2020 [1]. Basically now it already 4 cm long.

6 flower buds to my guava plant

This is taken in the morning of 19 September 2020. Where last fruit buds was wrapped last 17 August 2020. Can see there is 6 flower buds on my guava plant.

Hopefully all 6 flower buds can grow well into huge fruits.

My precious sewing tools : thread snipper and seam ripper

After start sewing a lot during and after MCO, I learned few tips that helps my sewing process. Among them is usage of thread snipper and seam ripper.

The one on the right is thread snipper while the other is seam ripper.

I found that thread snipper helps a lot to cut in delicate fabric and small area. I tend to use thread snipper after pull the thread using seam ripper. I have to use this sequence for delicate fabric and area that I used to make my custom face mask and phone pouch. As the delicate fabric could easily ripped off if I used seam ripper only to cut off thread after pull it out. Especially on parts that need to be repaired or amend on delicate fabric. Among delicate fabric that I am currently using is micro fibre eyelet, cotton lycra, lycra, soft t-shirt material, satin and silk. All are my preferred material used for my custom face mask since they are very breathable material or fabric.

I also use seam ripper to help take out newly filled bottom thread to my portable sewing machine. Basically I need both thread snipper and seam ripper on my side each time I am using my portable sewing machine. There is still a lot that I need to learn in my new sewing venture.

My pretty leopard print face mask

This is taken in the noon of 19 September 2020. I am using my self sewn face mask using leopard printed fabric.

I finished making the mask in the morning of 18 September 2020.

The sewing process in the morning. I use teflon foot press to help sewing this cotton lycra type fabric.

The look of my leopard printed fabric. Can see the one in the right looks prettier under light asssist from my 180 LED video light.

This is taken last morning of 15 September 2020. Where I put on light make up. As usual, I only focus to get fresh look. So I only use stick foundation under eyes, side of nose and chin. Then I define my eyebrows. Define my eyes with brown eyeshadow. Put on subtle blusher with lipmatte to colour mlips.

Pretty fruit from my lada basah (large chili) plant

This is taken in the morning of 17 September 2020. Fruit to my lada basah (large chili) plant. It was replanted into 9.6 liter container last 21 August 2020. Basically can see much improvement after 28 days it is replanted. Where now it bears a lot more flower buds and fruit buds.

Around 2 cm long of this large chili fruit.

My pretty and large kelapa pandan (coconut) fruit

This is taken last morning 11 September 2020. Where I harvest one of my kelapa pandan (coconut) fruit to gift to one friend.

The huge size of my kelapa pandan (coconut) fruit. I forget to weigh it before gifting it away as was rushing out from home that morning.

Delicious steamed bun with chocolate filling

This is taken last evening of 11 September 2020. Where I am having steamed bun with chocolate filling for my tea break.

Normally I took steamed bun with red beans filling. But thankfully I did not that evening. As it does not taste as good as the one I used to buy. Makes me feel I need to make my own red beans filling.

My pretty pomegranate flowers of 5 in one end

This is taken in the morning of 14 September 2020. Where 1 of the pomegranate flower bud already blooming.

Hopefully all able to grow well to become a fully grown pomegranate fruit.

My self sewn phone pouch with zip using scale print fabric

This is taken in the noon of 13 September 2020. Where I make it in the evening of a day before. Manage to make 2 pouch with zip less than 40 minutes time. One of them is scale printed fabric from poly canvas material. Another is using old khakis pants. The size is 14.5 cm (W) x 19.5 cm (H).

Family trip to Melaka last 2004

Based on the record on the pictures, it is taken last 5 January 2004. Only my 3rd brother did not join us due to his break activity. I think that time it is during school holiday break and university semester break. My mum bring all 8 of us to Zoo Melaka and A Famosa [1,2].

A handsome and friendly male stray cat

Was out for errands yesterday. Saw a handsome and friendly male stray cat while waiting for my friend. If he came sooner, might able to take the cat home with me.

Hopefully will be able to meet this friendly cat later.

Morning walk with Furball the cat

This is taken in the morning of 10 September 2020. Where I let my cat Furball out for her morning walk. Can see how happy she is munching away the wild grass that grow on the roadside. Despite I bring her to the planted lemongrass plant in front of my house.

Ironman caterpillar or The Oleander Hawk Moth

This is taken this morning before leave for work. Where I found 3 plump Ironman caterpillar or The Oleander Hawk Moth caterpillar. The Ironman caterpillars eating away my lemon plant leaves.

This is taken in the morning of 8 September 2020. Where I harvest 2 unit of my young kelapa pandan (coconut) fruits. So that the students who is doing field work able to drink is as replacement of isotonik drinks.

My early dinner of steamed nasi lemak with fried chicken and salted egg

This is taken last evening of 5 September 2020. Where I am craving to eat nasi lemak kukus (steamed) with fried chicken in one eatary. Then my companion bring one salred egg that already cooked for his lunch for me to taste.

The salted egg taste good. And mix well with the nasi lemak kukus.

7 inch lizard that helps guarding my nona (sweetsop/sugar apple) plany at night

This is taken in the night of 5 September 2020. Where I was looking around my planted nona (sweetsop/sugar apple) outside of my house compound. While waiting for documents from my girlfriend. Was almost screamed in terror upon seeing the huge 7 inch lizard, dangling on the branches of my nona (sweetsop/sugar apple) plant. 7 inch is only the body measurement.

Fortunately I am using my 160 LEDs video light to shine through the area first. If not, I might grab on the lizard body instead of the branches.

My review on perfume Covet from Sarah Jessica Parker (SJP)

I start to wear this perfume again early this week. Thought it will give me headache. Surprisingly not. 

List of notes for this perfume [1]:

• Top notes: wet greens, geranium leaves, sicilian lemon and chocolate.
• Heart notes: honeysuckle, magnolia, mugger and michelia yunnanensis.
• Base notes: musk, vertiver, teakwood and amber.

The look of its box. It is in brown box since it is tester unit.

Got a little bit of stain on the box. Seems like it leaks when it is put upside down accidentally after usage.
