The look of Asian Openbill Stork in UTM Skudai campus

This is taken in the noon of 11 February 2020. Where I notice that this Asian Openbill Stork still roams around UTM Skudai campus [1]. I think it has been almost 4 weeks after start noticing them last 21 January 2020. As it is 1 size bigger than the usual bangau (yellow billed egret) that is available here [2].

Not sure why they stay around quite long here. As this area is not common to see such species. From the information gain in wikipedia, the species is very rare in the Sind and Punjab regions of Pakistan, but widespread and common in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand and Cambodia [1].
For me, first time in my life to see them. As Malaysia is not part of the places they usually stop by. Not sure if they can sense coronavirus outbreak earlier and decided to stay put here till the coast is safe and clear for them to migrate [3]. Seems like UTM Skudai campus have sufficient supplies for them to stay put.

My rose water drink for breakfast

This is taken in the morning of 11 February 2020. Where I put in my harvested rose flower in my travel bottle contains hot water. Then I bring it together with me.

I do saw the rose flower is about to bloom yesterday. That is why I make sure to boil water before I take my bath in the morning. So that I am able to bring hot water in my travel bottle.

The pretty look of my 5 sisir/sikat (bunch) pisang lemak manis (banana) fruits

This is taken in the morning of 10 February 2020. Where my planted pisang lemak manis (banana) shows off its 5 sisir/sikat fruits. I am quite surprised as I do not expect more than 3 sisir/sikat fruits.

The pretty look of my slightly blue breakfast drink with bunga telang (butterfly pea flower) and rose flower

This is taken in the morning of 9 February 2020. Where I manage to take 2 bunga telang (butterfly pea flower) and 1 rose flower that blooms that time. Since I forget to bring my usual flask of boiled water, I decided to just bring them with me that morning to be drink in the lab. Where I end up having it in the breakfast place.

Can see how the bunga telang (butterfly pea flower) turned the hot water to blue colour.

My simple make up look

This is taken in the morning of 10 February 2020. Where I have to attend class for subject advance digital signal processing (DSP). I choose to put on light make up to get fresh look. Took me less than 15 minutes.

The sequence: skincare→define eyebrows→put on eyeshadows →blusher→lips.

Being the only student in first class of subject advance digital signal processing

This is taken in the morning of 10 February 2020. Where it happen that I am the only student from total 4 that present in the first class of subject advance digital signal processing (DSP). I stay for almost 30 minutes until the lecturer decide to leave.

The inflorescence to my pisang lemak manis (banana) plant

This is taken last morning of 3 February 2020. Where I saw one of my pisang lemak manis (banana) plant produce its  jantung (inflorescence). It is the first one for this year 2020. Quite surprised as I have long been busy to attend for it.

From the look of the jantung (inflorescence), I could estimate not more than 3 sisir/sikat (bunch) of banana fruits. But have to wait for the jantung (inflorescence) to bloom to know the exact amount.

Barter trading strawberry plants with mulberry fruits

This is taken in the morning of 10 February 2020. Where I happen to be able to harvest my deep red black coloured mulberry before left the house. I saw my neighbour who agree to give me some of her strawberry plant. I drop by and give her my mulberry fruits as barter trade for the given strawberry plants.

My review on led mirror with fan

Based on my usage in the morning on 14 January 2020. This mirror does works well. But need time to get use to it due to its small size. I think I prefer larger mirror with dimmable light over this one. Still this one better size for daily usage.
For me, this led mirror with fan has more advantage. As I am able to fan dry my face faster for my daily make up application. Especially after prayer. Last time, I have to bring 3 items: mirror+led light + giraffe fan. Then 2 items: mirror with led light+giraffe fan. Like my mirror with 23 leds [1].

Song Into The Unknown (from "Frozen 2") by Panic! At The Disco

I am into Frozen 2 song nowadays. Despite the original version, I prefer this version/cover from Panic! At The Disco instead. As I found it is more mesmerizing to listen male vocal that able to hit high notes in the song.

Till then, have fun in enjoying good cover version of Frozen 2.
