My recorded outdoor walk using Huawei Health apps

This is taken in the morning of 8 March 2021. Where I start late to turn to the Huawei Health apps in my Samsung A11 phone to record my walk into my appointment in HSA (Hospital Sultanah Aminah), Johor Bahru.

Can see that I start to record the walk when I am at Bangunan BUNGARAYA.

The pretty look of my purple nona (sweetsop/custard apple) fruit

This is taken in the morning of 6 March 2021. Where I am able to take picture of 2 from 3 purple nona (sweetsop/custard apple) fruit.

The look of leaves from sprouted green beans

This is taken in the morning of 7 March 2021. Where I found that there is lots of leaves sprouted from the thrown green beans into passion fruits plant container. I was intended to let the green beans to become compost in the passion fruits plant container. Since it is already covered with fallen debris due to long overdue from usage. Well it happens that it grows up instead of become compost.

The pretty look of my bunga kunyit (turmeric flower)

This is taken in the morning of 8 March 2021. Where my turmeric plant finally started to produce flower. I am grateful to be able to capture its early stage picture.

My first harvest of belimbing besi (starfruit)

This is taken in the morning of 7 March 2021. Where I manage to harvest one of my belimbing besi (starfruit) that already fallen off its stalk. It weigh 43 gm only. 

The blessed fitness tracker

This is taken in the morning of 5 March 2021. Where I get to take the blessed fitness tracker. It took me more than and hour to pair it with my phone due to my under the weather condition. 

I am grateful as I am able to check my blood pressure, my heart rate and Spo2 after my gardening work that evening [1]. Very handy since I do not need to bring the blood pressure device along. 

My lemongrass (serai) drink

This is taken in the morning of 4 March 2021. Where I manage to make a lemongrass (serai) drink. Using the lemongrass (serai) stalk that usedin cooking. In order to curb my aching body conditions that have been too consistent.

I chopped the lemongrass (serai) stalk. Then I put it into my flask. Add hot boiling water. Let it stew for a while in the flask before drinking it. So far, it really helps to alleviate the aching part. But I have to drink it consistently throughout the day. And every single day. Well, fortunately I grow much lemongrass (serai) to be used in daily basis.

Till then, have fun in enjoying good lemongrass (serai) drink at home.

The look of rainbow nylon strap for my smart band

This is taken last 24 February 2021. Where I put on the rainbow nylon strap to my smart band.

My review : suitable for function wears. Or basically usage that does not involve sweat and water. Not for those who under constant work that involve sweat and water like me. Especially for gardening, laundry and kitchen works.

Plus it is such a hassle to screw on the nylon strap to the smart band. 

I do take it off before my evening chores. In order to minimise work to maintain the nylon strap after my sweating chores. Pictures taken using  phone Huawei Y9 2019. 

Till then, have fun using your nylon strap for function usage. 

The look of green fruit buds to my belimbing besi (starfruit) plant

This is taken in the morning of 1 March 2021. After the belimbing besi (starfruit) plant started to bear fruits for the past 3 weeks. This is after 7 months and 7 days or 222 days it is planted last 23 July 2020 [1].

This one already starts bear the fruit buds since last week. But only able to take good picture of it. As I am in recovery process after under weather for the past week. 

Hopefully I will be able to get more belimbing besi (starfruitafter this. Pictures taken using  phone Huawei Y9 2019.
