3 fruit buds to my mengkudu (noni) plant

This is taken in the evening of 19 August 2021. Where I spotted 3 fruit buds to my mengkudu (noni) plant.

Replant it from container to a land space last 6 November 2020 [1]. Basically it took 9 months and 14 days to start producing fruit buds. Seems like it is a wise decision to replant it on a land space.

Near 142 ml honey harvested from 1/4 of my stingless bees log

This is taken in the evening of 14 August 2021. Where I manage to harvest honey from 1 of my stingless bees log. I get almost 142 ml, half of the used 284 ml jar.

I even proceed to make honey drink which I add  3 juiced limau kasturi (calamansi). Then I try to make ayam madu (chicken cooked with honey) for my dinner.

My simple lunch food: steamed rice and ayam masak kicap (chicken with soy sauce)

This is taken in the noon of 12 August 2021. Where I am making my usual simple lunch food. Which is steamed rice and ayam masak kicap (chicken with soy sauce). As I am using my freshly harvested cili padi (bird's eye chili) and cili ungu (purple chili).

It is simple yet fulfilling lunch. I just let both cooked in my 2.5 liter pressure cooker. While I do my other works. Just love this style of cooking. Suits for multi tasking condition.

Ice cream Onde-Onde by Nestle

This is taken in the evening of 13 August 2021. Where I was on quest searching for ice cream gula melaka. But unfortunately due to limited searching area, I did not find it. Instead I found ice cream Onde-Onde.

The taste is surprisingly good. The gula melaka taste is pure and thick. Even got some coconut shreds in it. Can even taste the used rice flour. Basically it is using good quality ingredients.

Seems like I still need to search for my ice cream gula melaka.

My self made lemon cake baked in my pressure cooker

This is taken in the noon of 12 August 2021. Where I finally able to make lemon cake. Although the overall look is not much due to chocolate rice sprinkle, but the taste is refreshing.

Heart (inflorescence) to my pisang raja (banana) plant

This is taken in the morning. After I finished watering all plants. Where I see the heart (inflorescence) to my pisang raja (banana) plant.

My self made banana cake bake using pressure cooker

The look of my delicious self made banana cake. Which I bake using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker [1]. Made it night of 29 July 2021. Since I am craving for it.

Can see the dark brown part on top. Where I just drizzle chocolate rice to give extra flavour to my banana cake.

I am using the over ripe pisang lemak manis (banana) that being harvested last 23 July 2021.

Ingredients used to make banana cake: cooking oil, wheat flour, ripe/over ripe pisang lemak manis (banana), gred A eggs, baking powder, soda bicarbonate, milk powder and chocolate rice. I do forget to buy vanilla essence. But the chocolate rice do help to boost the taste of the banana cake.

Tools used to make banana cake: fork, spoon, large mixing bowl, stainless steel cooking howl, lidi sate (skewer), pressure cooker and weighing scale. Bake using cake function in my 2.5 litet pressure cooker. Maximum time selected for 55 minutes.

I am really happy with the outcome. Despite it is my first attempt baking banana cake in my 2.5 liter pressure cooker. As the cake turn out moist and delicious. The crust also soft. Good enough for my taste. Worth time spend making it. Plus able to fully utilizing ripe/over ripe pisang lemak manis (banana) fruits. Also fulfilling as a food after garden work.

I know it is a simple recipe. But one still need a good recipe to make good cake. And time allocated to make the cake. I am just grateful to be able to make it myself.

Rambutan harvest session

This is taken yesterday evening. Rambutan harvest session.

The rambutan was very sweet and juicy. Type: rambutan kampung. RM 5 per kg. But only for area Taman Pulai Hijauan.

Freshly harvested lemon RM 1 per unit.

The look of longan brazil fruits on my customer house compound after 4 years, 2 months, 14 days it is planted

Get video update of fruiting longan brazil plant from my customer last 16 June 2021. Basically it took exactly 4 years, 2 months, 14 days for the plant to start bear fruits. My customer very happy since the fruit is huge in size.

Below is the video from my customer. 

The plant received by my customer last 3 April 2017 [1].

I also have advised my customer accordingly steps that need to be taken for better fruiting next fruiting cycle. It is one of the after sales and services support that I always give to my customer. Among of them is I keep track the date I deliver the plant to them. As people tend to forget time they planted their plants.
