My new hot cream for aching body and muscle relief

This is taken on the evening of 2 October 2023. Where I received the sample order of hot cream 2.5%, hot cream 5% and hot ginger oil. All of them is sample size one.

The look of the hot cream 2.5%, hot cream 5% and hot ginger oil in my small mesh bag for daily usage.

These 3 items able to fit in nicely my mesh bag size 14.2 cm x 11.5 cm.

I have tried the hot cream 2.5% last night. I do spot  relief. It is very hot already. 50% hotter than my hot balm. <better make hierarchy of heat oil and balm that I have used last time>

This is taken on the noon of 6 October 2023. Where I noticed 5 flower buds to my cherry barbados tree.

Start planting the offspring last 14 September 2023. Basically after 23 days under my care. Seems like my knowledge in plant keeping gets better.

My attempts in keeping my dry flu under bay

This is taken on the noon of 5 October 2023. Where I managed to get 1 strip of 10 unit fedac, drowsy type of flu medicine. This is because clarinas and other flu medicine that I am familiar with is not in stock. Seems like this dry hazy weather makes people down with flu.

I immediately eat the flu medicine after reached home by 3.30 pm. Which I did passed out 30 minutes after consumption.

Freshly made roselle juice for fresh vitamin C supply to customer

This is taken on the noon of 4 October 2023. Where I managed to process 10 ripe roselle flowers to be fresh vitamin C source to my customer.

Approved by customer upon delivery in the noon. This is after 42 minutes steeping it under 60 degrees Celsius.

The look of the steeped roselle flowers after clean it up. Ratio 1:2 for roselle flowers and cooked water.

Difference between the one ready for harvest and not yet. Dried brown middle inner part for the one ready for harvest. Green middle inner part for the one still not yet ready for harvest. 

This roselle juice does not need to be diluted. Just take the amount you needed. Then add the brown sugar as per your liking.

The peeled look of the roselle flowers on top part. If still have black ants. Can pour hot water into bowl filled with the roselle petals. Then can strain away the roselle petals to process make your vitamin C juice.

My first aid bag consist of hot cream

This is taken on the morning of 4 October 2023. Where I share the picture of my first aid bag that contains my hot cream with my girlfriend. And it makes her wanted to make one for herself. As she is in first day of menstrual. So a touch of hot cream would definitely helps a lot to withstand the pain on working day.

The bag size is 14.2 cm x 11.5 cm.

The look of my germinated okra plants

This is taken last 9 May 2023. Start putting the okra seeds into this container last 2 May 2023. Basically it took 7 days to start sprouting.

Hopefully, it will grow well and safely transfer to a new location.

Eating my fallen yet still green mango fruit

 This is taken on the noon of 13 June 2023. Where I am able to peel and thinly sliced the fallen green mango fruit. It falls yesterday evening. Notice it on the road when I arrived home. Fortunately it is still intact.

The weight is 124.73 gm.

This is taken on the morning of 4 September 2023. Where I was making drink after a hectic morning.
