This is taken on the morning of 8 September 2023. Have been using this rempah soto Nur Ain for more than 6 months. And it is proven gives tasty outcome. Also it did not makes my throat dry after consumption. Unlike other soup spices (rempah soup) in the market.
I usually used around 3 tablespoons for 500 gm to 800 gm meat. Add enough water to cover the meat. Then press to cook in my pressure cooker. Simple and easy. Suitable to be used when I am unwell yet want to make soup for consumption.
It was given by my Mother last October 2022.
