Harvest for today: organic pumpkin

I manage to harvest one of pumpkin that is home grown this morning. I have to pluck it since the tree is already withered. Maybe because it climb too high in the papaya tree and too far for the nutrients to go to the pumpkin [1].

Close up view of the pumpkin.
Should be able to see how clean and clear the skin is since it is covered last time [1].
Close up look on the weighted pumpkin = 374 gm only.

Comparison of the pumpkin size with pen.

Tendril of the pumpkin in brown colour
Tendril – Tendrils are green, thin and hair-like. While the plant is growing, the tendrils twist around objects on the ground to help anchor the vine and protect it from the elements, like the wind [2].
Want to show my pumpkin have same clear skin like my face 😉

Till then, have fun in growing pumpkin at home.
