I am so happy seeing the pretty look of the peeking flower bloom from my Globe amaranth (bunga butang) plant yesterday.

Seems like it took me almost 3 months to see the flower bloom.

The healthy look of globe amaranth (bunga butang) plant in my home today.

I am very happy that my globe amaranth (bunga butang) plant nearly produce it first flower [1]. This one was germinated around 9 May 2018 [2]. It took me almost 3 months for it to start producing flower. Despite my reading materials stated it could start produce flower after 40 days planted. Seems like I still need to learn more about this plant.

Few of my activities this morning.

My usual practice of activity before leaving the house in daily basis: clean plus feed the cats, water the plants and do the dishes.

Despite all the outside and in-house works, I still manage to make organic hair tonic, custom order from my customer.

3 unit of my organic asparagus harvest and few of other plants today.

It is to see that the asparagus plants that I replant last 22 July 2018 already produce quite thick new shoots that is good enough to be taken for consumption [1]. I decided to harvest them for my super food snacks as I need extra boost to recover from inhaling open burning smokes yesterday.

I manage to harvest 4 unit of my organic mulberry fruits this evening. After send off betel leaves (daun sirih) to one of my neighbor [3].

My girlfriend fetch me up this around 11 am for us to have early lunch and catching up news after last we meet around April 2018.

I always make sure to spare some time to tend after the planted herbs outside my workplace (lab) before leaving the lab, whenever I come by. It is really nice to see the good healthy growth of them despite the current hot and dry weather.
