Magnesium lotion does helps to reduce my demonic premenstrual pain from getting loose

Was having 1 level up of premenstrual pain on the morning of 2 August 2022. The demonic pain does feel like how Mammon, Lucifer's son tries to breach into the human world in the movie Constantine minutes 2:00 till 3:06 [1,2]. My extra dramatic way of describing the pain😁. Despite I applied both magnesium oil and magnesium lotion at that time on clean skin after the bath. It was annoyingly excruciating pain.

On 3 August 2022, I can feel my body fast getting cold, 30 minutes after morning bath. That is after I applied both magnesium oil and magnesium lotion at that time on clean skin after the bath. But thankfully 20 minutes after that, I am able to still go to work.

In a way, I am thankful to be able to discover magnesium oil and magnesium lotion. It does help a lot to improve my body condition. Both magnesium oil and magnesium lotion are for transdermal application only.

The look of my homemade magnesium lotion in 10 gm container

 This is taken on the morning of 1 August 2022. Where I am able to make homemade magnesium lotion. After using homemade magnesium oil for 4 days straight.

The look of Furball staring at 2 mischief chickens

This is taken on the morning of 31 July 2022. Where Furball is staring hard at a chicken who is scratching the bottom of my planted tree. It was as if she is glaring at the chicken who scratch away the dried leaves that I have collected and put under that tree yesterday.

No chicken was harmed after that. 

As for Furball, she is back to her room afterwards. I am unable to let her roam freely without my supervision. As I wanted her to be safe from cars that drive by. And also from stray dogs. Was thinking of training Furball with harness later for better control when walk outdoor. 

Until then, be patience when see chicken scratching the dried leaves that you have collected and put under tree. 

My gardening activities at home

This is taken on the morning of 30 July 2022. Where I managed to do some gardening activities at home.

The look of fallen fruit bud to my Harum Manis mango. It is already growing bigger. Maybe due to heavy rain yesterday. Well, not my luck.

Able to safely collect the ripe papaya that fallen of the chopped papaya tree for energy booster. It taste sweet and fragrant. I collect the seeds for germination of next papaya tree. It is good for my bowel movement. 

My hands have cuts all over. It is due to the thorns on rose plants. Fortunately I wear long sleeves shirt. Might get more cuts if using short sleeves shirt. 

I am glad to be able to go these gardening activities. Hopefully will be able to taste self grown pineapple fruits. As the one I planted in containers does not bear fruit yet. 

Despite I have packed my lips and face balm to sooth any cuts, I end up using it after bath. Same goes with magnesium oil spray. At least I am only having sore right hands after 4 hours finished gardening activities. Quite a good achievement for me. 

It also reminds me why I do gardening activities. As last time I do baking activities. But when I am extremely tired after my work, I can only do gardening activities since it is not an activity that requires precision. Well, do what you can based on your capability and strength. Plus gardening activities is a sweat inducing activities which enables me to spend better time with my cat, Furball. Have to fully utilise the limited time and strength that I have.

My circle shaped USB humidifier

I am testing new essential oil in the morning of 29 July 2022. Decided to use my circle shaped USB humidifier.

I love this circle shaped USB humidifier since it is portable to be used anywhere. Also sufficient enough to be powered up using a powerbank.

First batch of my homemade magnesium oil

This is taken on the morning of 28 July 2022. Where I manage to make the first batch of homemade magnesium oil.

My simple label for homemade product

This is taken on the morning of 27 July 2022. Where I manage to cut smaller labels for my homemade product. This is for the made batches. It is just a simple yet tedious step. However, it is very important for me and helpful in long term. Especially in organizing management, stock management and inventory.

Able to get 2 hours of REM sleep after using formula 2 of my homemade massage oil

This is taken on the morning of 25 July 2022. I can get 2 hours and 13 minutes of REM sleep with 1 hour and 7 minutes of deep sleep. It is uncommon for me to get more than 2 hours of deep sleep without the assistance of prescribed medicines. It is a very huge achievement for someone with a sleep deprivation issue like me. 

The look of my second formula (or formula 2) of my homemade massage oil inside a 50 ml sprayer bottle. This is packaging for my customer. Price RM 35 per 50 ml.

My new batch of second formula massage oil

This is taken in the morning. Where I manage to make 1 batch of second formula massage oil. This is for myself usage. One of my attempt and effort to curb bad bloating body condition that very slow in recovery  process since yesterday.

My style in using massage oil is to use different formula if the current formula no longer improve my current body issue. This second formula is focusing to relax nerves and muscles to prevent and end spasms and contractions. Since nowadays I tend to have stiff body whenever I am extremely tired after a long hour or stressing work. Or after a tiring plus heavy lifting of gardening works.

This is one of my effort in taking care of my not so youthful body. Since I need to use it for much longer time. Still a lot to learn to understand on my body signal of distress.

I just apply the massage oil on area that I feel need it after bath, on clean skin. Such as my stomach, hips, shoulder, neck and chest. No massaging as I am already quite tired. Then after 2 hours, I dozed off for 1 hour time. After wake up, my stomach no longer bloated and no more body ache. A very good experiment result for me.

It is very important for me to have a body that is free from body aches. As it helps a lot to do work in much faster and efficiently. My current requirement in finishing task and work on time.

The sweet and juicy taste of self grown MD2 pineapple

This is taken in the noon. Where I managed to peel the harvested MD2 pineapple last 18 July 2022. Basically it took 98 days for the MD2 pineapple to ripe on its tree. After it starts to bear fruit bud last 13 April 2022 [1]. Well I do keep the MD2 pineapple fruit for 3 more days before peeling it for consumption.

It is very sweet and juicy. I do feel rejuvenated after consuming the cutted MD2 pineapple fruit. Especially after a long 3 hours of parallel sessions work clarification in hot weather. What makes it even better as it is self grown and free from chemical pesticide outside of laboratory area.
