Harvesting my first pisang lemak manis (banana) in year 2020

This is taken in the morning of 30 March 2020. Where I saw 2 unit of my pisang lemak manis (banana) fruits turned to yellow. I immediately harvest it and chop down the tree. Feel grateful to be able to get supplies of fresh fruits during this restriction movement order time. Good enough for me and my cats. Quite surprising since it only took 1 month and 21 days or 51 days for the pisang lemak manis (banana) fruits to turn yellow. That is from the day the fruits emerge out from its inflorescence [2].

Cooking marinated chicken grilled style using pressure cooker

This is taken in the evening of 26 March 2020. Where I use my 2.5 liter pressure cooker to cook marinated chicken grilled style [1]. I called it grilled style as I did not use oil at all.
I just love the outcome of the dish. The chicken cook completely. The flesh very tender and juicy. It even easily fall off the bones. At the same time, it is tasty to my taste bud. For me personally, worth the money invested to this precious pressure cooker. The soup in the bottom of this bowl is all coming from the cooked chicken.

My perfect half boiled eggs using pressure cooker

This is taken in the evening of 25 March 2020. Where I am craving for half boiled eggs. I decided to use 2 eggs and pressure cooker to cook it. I put both in my 2.5 liter pressure cooker [1]. Add 80 ml water. Then I choose function keep warm. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Please take note that this cooking method only suitable for those who are willing to wait and wanted hassle free in making it. This is just me who love to do experiment under worst case scenario condition. This method suits those who is unwell, less energy, have to multi task and elderly. Also for those who prefer consistent outcome like me. Do proceed with normal method for faster result.
The result of half boiled eggs after 30 minutes as per my preference: 3/4 solid yolk with runny white. I have also mastered consistent half boiled eggs. This is the same consistency as per the one I made last 15 September 2019 [2]. Doable with correct formula and tool. All thanks to my precious 2.5 liter pressure cooker.

Olaf ice cream with vanilla and chocolate flavour

This is taken in the noon of 17 March 2020. A day before restricted movement order commence. Where I get to eat tasty Olaf ice cream during the hot blazing weather. The flavour stated vanilla and chocolate. But for me the chocolate is more like milo taste than chocolate. Still it is delicious yet cheaper than chocotop ice cream from McDonalds.

Cooking keropok lekor (fish sausages) using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker

This is taken in the evening of 24 March 2020. Where I happen to have keropok lekor (fish sausages) in my freezer. Decided to cook it using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker [1].
Please take note that this method is only suitable for those who is unwell or have less/no oil stock at home. Definitely not for those who is not within either type of people. Do proceed with normal cooking method for faster result. This is solely self experimental purpose for me.
I leave the frozen keropok lekor (fish sausages) it for almost an hour to let it defrost. Then I wash using vinegar mixture as I am out of tamarind to remove the fishy smell. Then I grate 2 garlic to season it and give extra fragrant.
I use function rice, texture mild for 16 minutes and unseal the pressure valve. I let the pressure valve unseal as I wanted to be able to open the lid and turn around the keropok lekor (fish sausages) so that it will seared evenly. No oil used for this cooking method. After 4 minutes, I check the keropok lekor (fish sausages). Found it already sticking to the non stick inner pot. Decided to seal the pressure valve and let it cook. At this point of time, it already give a nice smell. All thanks to the grated garlic.
The look of nicely cooked keropok lekor (fish sausages). This is using lowest light setting of my card size LED video light [2].

The look of my seedless Eksotika papaya

This is taken in the evening of 18 March 2020. Where I was surprised to see there is not a single seed found in the ripe 627 gm Eksotika papaya. As normally the seeds will be at least 30% filling the inner hollow middle part of the papaya. Well, it does save me time from deseeding the flesh.
It taste sweet and juicy. Definitely good for kids and those who have sore throat and toothache. Since it is also soft in texture.
