Cooking course in making home made sardine

This is taken in the morning of 20 August 2020. Where I organised cooking session of home made sardine.

Putting in the sardine fishes into the home made sauce.

We used 15 sardine fishes for this cooking session.

I do add turmeric leaf and rosemary leaves for extra flavour.

It taste 90% way better than the one sold in the market. Even 70% better than Ayam brand sardine.

Cook using pressure cooker with 2 hours time. I know it takes longer time. But my learner prefer a very soft fish bone that break when touched. So have to follow what customer like.
