This is taken in the morning of 12 November 2020. As I just harvested 3 stalk of lemongrass yesterday,I decided to use it to bake chicken in my pressure.
It turned out well. The chicken cooked well with the used ingredients. Cannot wait to get approval from my precious cat, Furball.
I am able to do my chores and play with Furball well while waiting for the chicken to finished cooking. A very convenient way of cooking for multi tasking people like me.
